Research On Security Monitoring Technologies Of Smart Cold Chain Based On The Internet Of Things

With the rapid development of cold chain logistics, the security problem of cold chain transportation is becoming more and more prominent. The article developed a remote monitoring system terminal for cold chain equipment, to real-time monitoring and analyzing variety state data of cold machine, and transmiting the data via the wireless communication to the monitoring center, to ensure that the cold chain transport equipment safety during transport.This paper presents an remote monitoring and control system for cold chain transportation equipment, embedded control technology, highly sensitive sensor technology, GPRS wireless communication technology and GPS positioning technology. To develop a monitoring intelligent terminal for cold chain, the environment information collected by sensors and the location information collected by GPS is transmitted to the monitoring center by the GPRS. To realize the real-time monitoring of the transpprtation status of the cold chain equipment in the monitoring center.Due to the complex application environment of the system, this paper adopts the design method to ensure the high reliability of the system. Field installation and test show that the system can withstand the harsh environment, to prevent high temperature, waterproof, explosion-proof and other technical requirements. The monitoring system is designed according to the Internet of things, which can meet the requirements of further expansion and improvement of the system function.Based on sensor technology, wireless communication technology, testing and control technology, network and information technology, the concept of intelligent cold chain is introduced to realize the real-time monitoring, tracking and management of the whole supply chain from storage, transportation, inspection, until the terminal sales. This paper mainly elaborates the development of intelligent monitor terminal of cold chain.
