The safety of dairy products is an important part of food safety;Dairy product cold chain transportation is an important part to ensure the safety of dairy products;Intelligent monitoring and warning service for dairy produce cold chain transportation is one of the important means to ensure the safety of dairy products.Dairy product cold chain transportation includes raw milk cold chain transportation and low milk cold chain transportation.The use of raw milk milk tanker transport,cold milk using the transport of refrigerated trucks,temperature and operation behavior in the process of transportation will affect the quality of raw milk and milk at low temperature,the temperature on the quality of raw milk and milk at low temperature play a decisive role.In order to realize the monitoring and early warning of dairy products cold chain transportation monitoring key elements,this paper adopts Internet of things technology of dairy products cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and warning services,design the milk tank sensor node,the milk tank gateway and low temperature refrigerated milk car integrated terminal.Through hardware testing,hardware simulation testing and application testing on the design of the checkout,the results showed that they can effectively realize the intelligent monitoring and early warning of dairy products cold chain transportation.The main contents of this study include the following aspects:(1)Factor analysis of monitoring of dairy products cold chain transport and system design.Analysis of dairy products cold chain transport process and raw milk and low temperature milk quality change factor,determine four key elements of the monitoring and early warning:temperature,location,light and humidity.Based on this,to complete the system design of dairy products cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and warning services and selection of the main components.(2)The hardware design of dairy products cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and warning services.The hardware design based on hardware component and the hierarchical principle diagram,core component design,intermediate component and terminal components design of the milk tank sensor node,the milk tank gateway and low temperature refrigerated milk car integrated terminal.(3)The software design of dairy products cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and warning services.The design that the milk tank sensor node based on ST Visual Develop software development environment realizes the monitoring of milk tank and operating box;Based on Real View MDK software development environment and embedded real-time operating system ?C/OS-II,Design multitask of the milk tank gateway and low temperature refrigerated milk car integrated terminal and implement software design of multitask integration for the milk tank gateway and low temperature refrigerated milk car integrated terminal.(4)The application test of dairy products cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and warning services.Connectivity and functionality through hardware testing verification of hardware;The test plan of raw milk cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and warning services validated that the milk tank sensor node and the milk tank gateway can content the requirements of monitoring and early warning in the function;The application program of low milk cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and early warning validated that low temperature refrigerated milk car integrated terminal can realize the stable transmission of monitoring data in the car and illustrates the necessity of low milk cold chain transportation intelligent monitoring and early warning.
