Performance evaluation is very important for enterprise management.A lot of scientific methods and standard rules and indicators will be used to make accurate evaluation results.The traditional assessment and assessment methods commonly are carry out by the way of discussion,voting and statistics and other forms.In that way,the team members must be in the same time and the same place to work together,and these evaluation works need to complete within a specified time.Its disadvantages can be concludes as follow points.First,ask for all team members at an identical physical time and place to achieve unity;the second,comprehensively asses an objective that is difficult to complete in a short time;the third,the result may be disturb by human interference factors that would less of fairness.As the same time,traditional evaluation ways has a high cost.Most of the existing performance evaluation system is tailored for the specific object which usually is a "one time" evaluation system does not have portability.When changing the evaluation object often need to re purchase or develop a new system.These types of systems do not accord with the development idea of "green computing".Therefore,both the traditional and existing assessment electronic systems need to improve.The main content of this paper is to develop a cust omized multi objective performance evaluation system.This paper provides a powerful technical support for the functional assessment system,and provides a strong support for the follow-up of all kinds of related systems.The generalization evaluation provides the effective theory that support for the development of the system of the performance evaluation of the multi-objective.Performance evaluation is usually reflected in the form of various indicators,and then calculates scores by a certain way after a comprehensive evaluation of these indicators to determine the performance score.At present,commonly,those indicators of evaluation system are fixed that makes the target assessment object is limited and the adjustability is weak.Therefore,our paper studied the idea of generic and inheritance from object oriented design language and design pattern when design our system.We hold that any assessment object can be evaluated with indicators and the most key is that we do not need to care the specific d efinite of those indicators.We set the indicators structure as a tree and stipulate that an indicator has a father indicator and a sub indicator,if an indicator has no parent index we called it as the vertex index,and if an indicator has no sub index we called it as leave indicator,the whole system has the only an vertex index and the score of each indicator equal to weighted summation all of its sub index scores.By setting the index structure and score,we can evaluate any object by importing the inde x.The main work of this paper includes the research and implementation of SSH,and is suitable for the application of multi-objective performance evaluation system.We realize it cording to a demand of a university.Through the actual running we think that our system have very good property of generalization and flexibility,as well as has the characteristic of the second development.At the same time,the system has strong stability,security and robustness.
