Teachers and students' recognition of school culture refers to all teachers and students' recognition,recognition and practice of school culture,including material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and spiritual culture.At present,the schools pay more and more attention to the cultural construction,in the school cultural construction efforts continue to increase.Teachers and students' sense of identity to school culture can not only reflect the effect of school culture construction,but also further promote the force of school culture and promote school development.This study takes Z Middle School as a case study,investigates the status quo of school teachers and students' identification with school culture,finds out its problems,and puts forward corresponding solutions in order to provide some suggestions for the construction of school culture in Z Middle School and provide reference for the same type of school.This study constructs a theoretical framework of school cultural identity by documentary method,Through the development of junior high school teachers and students' school cultural identity questionnaire,110 teachers and students and 320 students in Z Middle School were investigated and quantified,and 6 teachers and students were interviewed to investigate analysts' recognition of school material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and spiritual culture from three levels of cognition,recognition and practice.Through the comparative analysis of the status quo of teachers' and students' school cultural identity,it is found that teachers and students have higher overall identity to school culture,and teachers are higher than students.Cognition,recognition and practice are also highly recognized,and teachers are also higher than students;Teachers and students have the lowest recognition of material culture;Teachers' recognition of school culture will affect students;Class teachers have more influence on students' school cultural identity than teachers.In addition,there are also some problems such as teachers and students' shallow understanding of school culture,the gap between teachers and students on the practice of school culture,and the slightly low school cultural identity of teachers and students in the middle of school age.In view of the analysis of the results of the survey and the review of the relevant literature,this study suggests that training should be carried out from the following aspects Z middle school teachers and students school culture identity: through the construction of learning community,stimulate teachers and students to the depth of school culture identity;Improve the school cultural ecology and guide teac hers and students to identify with the school culture;Grasp the yardstick of freedom,strengthen the construction of material culture and institutional culture;Pay attention to the main body status of teachers and students,enhance the sense of belonging and happiness of teachers and students in the middle of school age;Establish social and cultural ties to guide the construction of the school culture.
