This article takes the cultural experience of fifteen postgraduates as the research sample,adopts the interview method of educational anthropology,tries to explore the construction of students' Chinese cultural identity from the real situation,analyzes the educational factors affecting the Chinese cultural identity,and probes into the educational strategies to promote students' Chinese cultural identity.The results are as follows:Individuals gradually understand the meaning and value of the culture symbols and change the emotion.The construction of cultural identity is driven by both internal and external forces.At the same time,it rises the emotion of individuals for the group,and awakens the cultural consciousness of the individual.Individuals gradually take the meaning,utility,event rules of culture into consideration,which determines their own attitude.In cross-cultural communication,the individual can accept and appreciate the culture of the other with an inclusive and opend mind.Meanwhile discovering the commonality among cultures will also make the individual feel intimate.As for the traditional culture,interviewees have the dialectical thinking and positive emotions,and they can realize the significance of the core socialist values.However,there are some problems such as incomplete and impressive understanding.In the face of multicultures and multiple identities,interviewees can integrate well.This study summarizes three characteristics of cultural identity.Firstly,identity is dual-track.Secondly,the relationship between psychology and behavior is complex.Finally,identity is stable.The study summarizes three types of educational factors which affect the construction of students' Chinese cultural identity.First,it is cultural conditions,which includes cultural environment,cultural exchanges and cultural facilities.Second,it is education and teaching,which includes teaching content,education methods and value orientation.Third,it is external support,which includes material support,attitude support and peer support.There are some suggestions on how to enhance Chinese cultural identity in school education.First of all,school should provide enough support,teach Chinese cultural knowledge,carry out all kinds of cultural exchange activities,and build a harmonious culture and living environment.Second,schools should guide the process of construction of cultural identity,awaken the culture consciousness of students,lead the direction of cultural identity construction,promote the formation of deep identity.Last but not least,schools should help students integrate multi culture and multi-cultural identity,as well as enchance the education of common culture.
