The Clinical Observation Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined With Interferon In Treating Cervical HR-HPV Infection In Syndrome Of Accumulated Dampness-heat

Objective:Through observing and analyzing the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan decoction combined with recombinant human interferon ? 2b vaginal effervescent capsule(Xinfuning)in treating cervical High-risk Human Papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection in syndrome of accumulated dampness-heat,this paper offers the new method of treating cervical HR-HPV infection so as to synergy interferon antiviral treatment to increase the negative rate of HR-HPV and provide the effective and safe throughs on syndroms differentiation in Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in terms of the prevention and treatment of cervical lesions.Methods: Through adopting randomized control,the paper selects eighting outpatient cases of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM from June,2018 to June 2019,which conform to the inclusion criteria of HR-HPV.All the cases are diviceed into therapy group and control group,and each group includes 40 cases.The therapy group takes Longdan Xiegan decoction and put Xinfuning in the vagina,The patients takes twice a day TCM two weeks three days after menstration,at the same time,Xinfuning is put into vagina every day before sleep,The control group adopts Xinfuning as observe.The treatment of the two groups lasts three menstrual cycles,and the clinical effect is evaluated in the next month after treatment.Result:1.After treatment,there is statistic difference in the TCM syndromes,cervical erosion,vaginal cleanliness and TCT in the two groups(P<0.05),and both of them could made improvement.2.After treatment,there is statistic difference in TCM syndromes(P=0.000),showing that the therapy group is superior to control group,the efficient of TCM syndromes is 97.5% and 65.00% respetively.3.The effective treatment race of HR-HPV of the therapy group is 85.00%,while that of the control group is 62.5%.There is statistics difference in the two groups(P=0.022),showing that the therapy group excels the control group.4.In terms of comprehensive effect,the efficient of the therapy group is 90.00%,while that of the control group is 75.00%,there is statistics difference in the two groups(P=0.044),showing that the therapy group is superior to the control group in negative conversion ratio.5.During the treatment,no adverse events happened in all the case.There is no abnormal change in safety index.Conclusion:1.The combine of Longdan Xiegan decoction and Xinfuning excels the single use of Xinfuning in terms of the clinical effect.2.Longdan Xiegan decoction could improve the TCM syndromes of HR-HPV and its negative conversion ratio.3.Longdan Xiegan decoction could improve the vaginal cleanliness,cervical erosion and TCT of HR-HPV.
