| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Longdan Xiegang Decoction for the treatment of AIDS skin itching damp heat syndrome,and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of AIDS skin itching.Methods: Randomized,double-blind,double-dummy clinical trials were used to select 50 patients with AIDS in the three hospitals in Hengyang from January 2017 to December 2017.They were randomized into two groups using the random table method: In group 25,Yu Long Dan Xie Gan Decoction,loratadine capsule placebo plus compound glycyrrhizin capsules placebo;control group 25 cases,to loratadine capsule,compound glycyrrhizin capsules plus Longdanxiexie Tonga minus placebo;statistical analysis of differences between groups before and after treatment.Two weeks of treatment,review after 30 days of treatment end.From the efficacy,adverse reactions,symptom scores,and safety,comparisons were made between groups and groups,before and after treatment.Result:1.PPE clinical quantification table,skin lesion area,pruritus degree: Both the test group and the control group can reduce the symptom scores(P<0.05).The test group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Severity of skin lesions: Both the test group and the control group can improve the severity of skin lesions(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Effectiveness: The test group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Recurrence rate: The test group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions: the test group was significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Longdan Xiegang Decoction can improve the clinical symptom scores of AIDS skin pruritus damp heat internal syndrome,it has obvious curative effect,high safety,fewer adverse reactions,low recurrence rate,can relieve patient suffering,it is worth further clinical research and promotion. |
