Clinical Observation Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Combined With Levofloxacin Hydrochloride In The Treatment Of Acute Testicular Epididymitis(Damp-heat Type)

Objective: Through the use of longdan xiegang decoction combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute testicular epididymitis(damp-heat type)patients,and its clinical efficacy was evaluated,to explore the clinical efficacy of longdan xiegang decoction combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute testicular epididymitis(damp-heat type),and to explain the relevant mechanism.Methods:Firstly,inpatients in the department of urology,the fourth affiliated hospital of jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2017 to June 2019 were collected as the research objects,and finally 60 patients with acute testicular epididymitis who were clinically confirmed and met the diagnostic criteria were selected.Secondly,60 cases of acute testicular epididymitis with syndrome differentiation of acustomy carbungy-dampness-heat syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group,of which the observation group was group A and the control group was group B.Group A was the observation group: the prescription of the traditional Chinese medicine was longdan xiegan decoction: gentian 6g gardenia 12 g sicalin 12 g mutong 3g alisma 12 g plantain son 12 g bupleurum 12 g licorice 6g angelica 3g raw rehmannia 20 g.The pain is severe to add yanhusuo,golden bell.Usage: twice a day,one bag each time,take it 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner.(the traditional Chinese medicine of all patients in this study was prepared by the pharmacy of our hospital on behalf of 400 ml daily in two bags of 200 ml each.)Intravenous drip of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,200ml: 0.6g each time,once a day.7 days for a course of treatment,treatment 1-2 courses.Group B was the control group: intravenous infusion of levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,each time 200 ml: 0.6g,once a day.7 days for a course of treatment,treatment 1-2 courses.Before and after treatment,relevant values of TCM syndrome score of patients were recorded,the change degree of TCM syndrome score of patients in the two groups was compared after treatment,and the general physical examination,electrocardiogram,blood biochemistry and other indicators were improved,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Result: 1.Patients in the control group and the observation group were compared in terms of age,course of disease before treatment,score of TCM symptoms before treatment and left and right epididymis of testis.The results were not statistically significant.2.Data were collected on the TCM syndrome score and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of the patients in the control group and the observation group after treatment.Statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that longdan xiegang decoction could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of dialectical impatient carbung-dampness-heat syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine.3.In the process of combining traditional Chinese medicine treatment with western medicine,the patients did not have serious adverse reactions or allergic reactions,indicating the safety of combining traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine.Conclusion: longdan xiegan decoction combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of acute testicular epididymitis is more effective than western medicine alone.
