| Research background:Herpes zoster(HZ)is caused by varicella-zoster virus(VZV)invading the human nerve and skin.Typical lesions appear as banded clusters of blister along the unilateral nerve distribution area.Accompanied by obvious pain,the clinical morbidity is very high.The risk of the disease is related to many factors,but it is mainly related to varicella zoster virus infection and low level of immunity.The disease often brings tremendous physical pain to patients,and reduces the quality of life of people,especially the quality of life of elderly patients,is seriously affected.With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people have also put forward higher requirements for the treatment of this disease.Therefore,we need to have a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of various Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods,and choose the most suitable way for patients.Their treatment plan will relieve the suffering of patients to the greatest extent and improve their quality of life.Research objectives:To investigate the clinical efficacy of longdan xiegan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of hepatobiliary damp-heated herpes zoster,and to demonstrate that the treatment of herpes zoster with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical cure rate and efficiency,shorten the duration of the disease,relieve pain,and reduce the incidence of neuralgia compared with western medicine alone.Research methods:In this study,60 eligible patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each of 30 patients.Two groups were both given conventional western medicine,oral valacyclovir hydrochloride tablets and mecobalamin tablets,and the treatment group was given longdan xiegan decoction.Observe the rash remission time and pain relief time of the two groups after treatment,the pain relief situation before and after treatment,and objectively evaluate the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients.In the end,after 3 months of treatment,observe the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in both groups.Research results:In the control group of 30 patients,the number of patients cured was 16 and the cure rate was 53.33%.The total effective number was 25,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.The time to stop snoring was 4.67±0.92 days,and the time of scarring was 8.30±1.34 days.The dislocation time was 16.47±1.85 days and the analgesic time was 6.80±1.35 days.The average VAS before treatment was 5.87±2.33.The mean value of VAS after treatment was 3.50±2.01,The average VAS decline value before and after treatment was 2.3 7± 1.16.There were 4 adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33%.There were 14 postherpetic neuralgia patients and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was 46.67%.Of the 30 patients in the treatment group,26 were cured,the cure rate was 86.67%,the total effective number was 29,and the total effective rate was 96.67%;the stop time was 3.23±1.07 days and the scarring time was 6.27±1.31 days.The time of dislocation was 11.90±2.12 days,and the analgesic time was 4.73±1.36 days.The average VAS before treatment was 5.90±2.43.The mean value of VAS after treatment was 1.63±1.33.The average decrease value of VAS before and after treatment was 4.27±1.89.There were 3 patients with adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%.There were 4 patients with residual postherpetic neuralgia and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia was 13.33%.Conclusion:In the clinical course of herpes zoster treatment,the efficacy of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment is better than that of western medicine alone,and the prognosis is better.It is worthy of widespread clinical application. |
