Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction In The Treatment Of Damp Heat Type Water Skin Eczema

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in treating Damp Skin Type of eczema, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism.Method:80 cases of patients with damp heat type water skin eczema by digital were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group took orally Longdan Xiegan decoction, the control group took orally ebastine. Two groups were given Sanhuang lotion for external use. Two weeks for a course of treatment. And respectively before and after the treatment of DLQI integral, EASI integral, itching integral, the clinical efficacy was related statisticsResults:(1) Treatment group total effectiveness 85%, the comparison group total effectiveness68%,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,there was a significant difference between two groups(P = 0.01, P < 0.05).(2) Before treatment, DLQI integral, EASI integral, itching integration between the two groups showed no significant difference(P > 0.05). The two groups after treatment with the respective treatment before the DLQI integral, EASI integral,itching integral were decreased(P < 0.01).The treatment group compared with the control of DLQI integral, EASI integral difference before and after treatment in both groups, the treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P <0.05), showed that the treatment group in improving the eczema area and severity index, the quality of life is better than that of control group. Comparison of pruritus integral group before and after treatment in treatment group and control group(P=0.96>0.05),no significant difference between the two groups, showed little difference in improving the itch.Conclusion:(1) Of Longdan Xiegan decoction treating damp heat water skin type of eczema has better clinical curative effect is better than that of Western medicine, ebastine, and no obvious systemic adverse reactions, that has the advantage of medicine in the treatment of eczema.(2) Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in improving the eczema area and severity index, the quality of life is better than ebastine,that is worth the clinical promotion.
