Clinical Study Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction For The Treatment Of Chronic Cholecystitis(Hepatobiliary Damp-Heat Type)

Objective: This study objectively evaluates the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis by observing the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis(hepatobiliary damp-heat type),and provides new ideas for the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with traditional Chinese medicine.More effective treatment options.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine,this experiment included 72 patients with chronic cholecystitis of liver and gallbladder dampness from the Department of Geriatrics,Department of Hepato Spleen and Gastroenterology and Hospitalization of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to May 2019.Randomized controlled clinical trials were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).The treatment group was given basic treatment,and Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus subtraction prescription was given,one dose per day,morning and evening.The group also gave basic treatment,and gave chicken bone grass pills(Guangxi Yulin Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.National Medicine Zhunzi Z45021655)4 times a day,3 times a day,the two groups of treatment courses were 4 weeks.Record the scores of Chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment in the two groups.Statistical analysis was used for comparative analysis.Results: Through the observation and statistical analysis of the efficacy,safety and adverse reactions of Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus Xiaohua Recipe in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis,the results showed that by comparing the gender,age and disease duration of the two groups of patients,There was no difference in the basic conditions between the two groups.In the two groups of patients with clinical TCM and sub-disease,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the scores after treatment(t=-6.471,P<0.05).In the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of TCM clinical treatment was 97.2%.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of TCM patients in thecontrol group was always The efficiency was 88.9%,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in relieving the clinical symptoms of TCM,which can improve the symptoms of flank pain and pain of chronic cholecystitis.There was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups after the test,indicating that these two drugs have good safety in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis.Conclusion: The results show that in the treatment of hepatobiliary damp-heat type chronic cholecystitis,the treatment group's Longdan Xiegan Decoction is better than the control group,which can significantly relieve the pain,nausea and bloating,and relieve the pain for the patient.Improving the quality of life of patients is worthy of further research and application.
