Clinical Study On Longdan Xiegan Decoction In Treating Chronic Hepatitis B Cirrhosis (Damp Heat Accumulation)

Objective: This project is for the study of digestive system diseases.The purpose is to evaluate the clinical efficacy of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis(dampness and heat accumulation syndrome)by applying Longdan Xiegan Decoction plus traditional Chinese medicine granules combined with western medicine antiviral drugs.And safety,providing a basis for its clinical application to better guide clinical practice.Methods: 1.A patient from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who was admitted to the outpatient department of the Department of Hepatic,Spleen and Gastroenterology from December 2017 to December2018.72 patients were randomly selected to be diagnosed with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis(damp heat accumulation syndrome).The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine granules added with Longdan Xiegan Decoction,twice a day,and the control group was treated with Qianggan Capsules 1.2g three times orally.Both groups received oral entecavir dispersible tablets,0.5mg,once a day,observe the cycle was24 weeks,1 course of treatment,and 2 groups of patients were treated continuously for 1course.The scores of the TCM syndromes before and after treatment,the improvement of liver function,the changes of liver fiber transient elasticity and the change of hepatic portal vein were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed to analyze the difference in efficacy.2.Statistical methods: Statistical analysis of SPSS 17.0 was selected.Results: Longdan Xiegan Decoction-based Chinese medicine granule combined with Western medicine antiviral drug therapy(test group)and Chinese patent medicine Qianggan capsule combined with Western medicine antiviral drug therapy(control group)compared with the syndrome efficacy(P<0.01).Treatment compared with the ALT and AST indexes in the latter two groups(P<0.05);The ALB index was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05);The TBIL index was significantly different after treatment(P<0.05);There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)before and after the TCM syndrometotal score;There was no significant difference in the instantaneous elasticity of liver fibrosis between the two groups(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the hepatic portal vein between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups during the treatment.And toxic side effects,with a high degree of safety.Conclusion:(1)Longdan Xiegan Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis;(2)Longdan Xiegan Decoction can cooperate with Western antiviral drugs to treat chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis and improve liver function;(3)Longdan Xiegan Decoction can treat chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis(accumulation of damp and heat).The curative effect of Qianggan Capsule is better than Qianggan Capsule with good safety and no toxic side effects.
