Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Longdan Xiegan Decoction Which Treats The People Of Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Depressed Gall-bladder With Phlegm-heat Efficacy

Abstract:The purpose:Through evaluation of longdan xiegan decoction which treats the people of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat efficacy in alleviating clinical symptoms,observing patient's degree of improvement of the clinical symptoms,signs within two weeks which compared with the positive drug group.Moreover,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat were explored,which accumulated information for chronic rhinosinusitis treatment.The method:According to the criteria of case inclusion and exclusion,60 patients of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat were planned to be collected.The people of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat,who were treated in department of ENT of Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital during the period from July 2016 to December 2017,were selected,which met the condition of the group.Additionally,the results showed no significant difference in gender,age,course and clinical symptoms of disease by differentially analysis,so they were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group receive longdan xiegan Decoction treatment,?days for a treatment,the control group was given oral pills Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets with Eucalyptus lemon pinene enteric soft capsule,7 days for a treatment.Continuous treatment for 14 days,two groups of patients were respectively observed its 7 days and 14 days before and after treatment,clinical symptoms,physical signs,14 days,and record any adverse reaction.7 days before and after treatment,14 days of treatment group and control group respectively to compare the clinical symptoms,signs,which determine clinical curative effect of Longdan xiegan decoction on the clinical symptoms of the patients of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat.All data were statistically analyzed with SPSS24.0 statistical software.The results:Through statistical analysis,the results of this study show that the treatment group and the control group are effective to patients of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat.The gender,age,course and clinical symptoms of disease are no significant difference.The clinical efficacy of the experimental group and control group was shown that before and after treatment,the patients in the experimental group and the control group had differences in mucous mucus,nasal mucosal,hyperemia,nasal congestion and headachethe four main symptoms,the total score of the main symptom and the total score of the primary and secondary symptoms.It shows that both the experimental group and the control group can effectively relieve the swelling of the nasal mucosa and nasal mucosa,nasal congestion and headache and the primary and secondary symptoms.After 7 days,14 days,there was no significant difference in mucous mucus,nasal mucosal,hyperemia,nasal congestion and headachethe four main symptoms,the total score of the main symptom and the total score of the primary and secondary symptoms.It shows that experimental group and control group are no obvious curative effect difference of the main symptom.There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the overall efficacy index.The number of side effects was smaller than the control group.The conclusion:Longdan xiegan decoction on the clinical symptoms of the patients of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat is effective.The results of this test show that to relieve the clinical symptoms of the people of chronic rhinosinusitis with depressed gall-bladder with phlegm-heat,the curative effect of longdan xiegan decoction was no significant difference of oral pills Clarithromycin Dispersible Tablets with Eucalyptus lemon pinene enteric soft capsule.Compared with oral pills Claritbromycin Dispersible Tablets with Eucalyptus lemon pinene enteric soft capsule,Longdan xiegan decoction had less side effects.
