| Objective: Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi pills combined with flixotide are used to treat children with chronic asthma of spleen and kidney deficiency in children with chronic asthma,and compare and analyze the scores of TCM constitution conversion,TCM main points and asthma control levels before and after treatment.To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi pills combined with flixotide in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency in children with chronic duration of asthma and relieve clinical symptoms of asthma.Methods: Patients were collected from January 2018 to December 2019 at the Pediatric Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the criteria for diagnosis and staging of TCM and Western medicine diseases for children with chronic asthma.The body type was determined to be spleen and kidney qi deficiency.According to the principle of randomized control design,it was divided into test group and control group.After excluding one case of shedding,63 cases were actually included in the test.The experimental group was treated with Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with inhaled flixotide,and the control group was treated with inhaled flixotide.The treatment group was treated for 2 weeks,and the treatment was observed for 4 consecutive courses.Periodically observe and record the TCM body mass scale,TCM main points scale,and asthma C-ACT score.The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS23.0 data analysis software.Result:1.Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide is effective in treating children with chronic asthma with spleen and kidney qi deficiency.The experimental group's TCM constitutional conversion score is significantly improved compared with that before treatment.And there was a statistical difference(P <0.01).Although there was a certain change in the TCM constitutional conversion score of the control group,there was no statistical difference(P> 0.05).Comparing the TCM constitutional transformation scores of the two groups of children after treatment,it was found that the two groups There was a significant difference in the TCM constitutional conversion scores of the patients after treatment,and the improvement of the TCM constitutional conversion scores in the test group was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant statistical differences(P <0.01).2.The treatment of Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with spleen and kidney qi deficiency in chronic asthma.After treatment,the main points of TCM scores of the two groups of children are compared with those before treatment Significant improvement,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05);Comparing the TCM main points after treatment in the two groups of children,it was found that although there were some differences in the TCM main points after treatment in the two groups,there was no statistical difference in the difference.Significance(P> 0.05).3.Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide can effectively improve the C-ACT scores of children with chronic duration of asthma.The C-ACT scores of the two groups after treatment are significantly improved compared to before treatment.Statistical difference(P <0.01);comparing the C-ACT scores after treatment between the two groups of children,it was found that although there was a certain difference in the C-ACT scores between the two groups of children,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4.Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide can effectively improve the levels of exhaled nitric oxide in children with chronic duration of asthma.Both had significant improvement,and there were statistical differences(P <0.01).Comparing the levels of exhaled nitric oxide measured after treatment in the two groups of children found that the levels of exhaled nitric oxide measured after treatment in the two groups were different,but The difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).5.Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide can effectively improve the level of asthma control in patients.After treatment,the asthma control level in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and there was a statistical difference(P <0.05).);Comparing the level of asthma control after treatment in the two groups of children found that although there was a certain difference in the level of asthma control after treatment in the two groups,there was no statistical significance in the difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and physical fitness of children with asthma with chronic spleen and kidney qi deficiency,and it can improve the child's physique compared with only cosprostone Obvious advantages,but its treatment effect is affected by the course of treatment.2.Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide can effectively improve the C-ACT score,asthma control level,and exhaled nitric oxide level in children with spleen and kidney qi deficiency in chronic asthma.3.Liujunzi Decoction and Jinguishenqi Pills combined with flixotide can regulate spleen and kidney qi deficiency in chronic asthma without adverse
