Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Duration Of Bronchial Asthma With Huanglong Zhixiao Decoction For Treating Wind-dying (Fengsheng Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Purpose: Bronchial asthma recurrent attacks,there is no fixed time,seriously affect the quality of life of patients,physical and mental health is also severely affected by it.So far,ICS for the treatment of asthma status is still irreplaceable,is CS high security,but long-term use will produce such as oral fungal infection and other adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of asthma has a long history,after a long period of experience,it has formed a relatively mature theoretical system.It plays an important role in the treatment and control of asthma.This paper is for dispelling wind and expelling phlegm,removing blood stasis and relieving asthma of the law,will belong to the wind(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of Xiao Sheng)chronic persistent asthma two or three patients randomized to the clinical observation,compared with patients in the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,to evaluate the Huanglong Zhixiao Decoction Treatment of asthma(wind phlegm and blood stasis syndrome of wind Sheng)-the clinical curative effect of chronic persistent asthma,asthma treatment verification theory from the wind,phlegm and blood stasis,expand the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bronchial asthma thought.Method: The total effective rate after treatment was 87.9% in the treatment group and 78.8% in the control group,with a significant difference(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.The treatment group and the control group had significant differences in main symptoms(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the degree of chest stuffiness,pharyngeal itching and sneezing symptoms was the most obvious among the secondary symptoms.All the symptoms were compared by independent sample t test and control,in addition to expectoration(P=0.49 > 0.05),the symptoms of sneezing(P=0.52 > 0.05)and the control group had no significant difference,the other symptoms were better than the control group,was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The number of salbutamol sulfate in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huanglong Zhixiao Decoction in the treatment of wind(Fengsheng Phlegm and Blood Stasis Syndrome)-effect of chronic persistent asthma is reliable.
