| Purpose: To observe the clinical efficacy after took hormone together with cipher prescription granules treating bronchial asthma chronic duration(2nd,3rd grade ) and asthma (lung-heat,latent phlegm and kidney-dificiency type)。Method: Take 60 patients who comply with diagnosis standards of bronchial asthma chronic duration(2nd,3rd grade), asthma (lung-heat,latent phlegm and kidney-dificiency type),then separate them into 2 groupes:Treatment group and Control group,each group are 30 patients.Treatment group was treated with different hormone dose accourding to asthma grade,i.e second grade treated with 200μg/50μg seretide, twice per day; third grade treated with 500μg/50μg seretide, twice per day.Meanwhile,treatment group took cipher prescription granules,1 bag per time, twice each day, po,3 month treated course. Control group was treated with different hormone according to asthma grade,i.e second grade treated with 200μg/50μg seretide,twice per day,third grade treated with 500μg/50μg seretide, twice each day and without cipher prescription granules added。Result: This two groups are no difference and comparable trough statistical treatment in illness state,course ,age and gender.Observe the change of symptoms, PF, IgE before and after therapy between groups showed that those are have certain effect on bronchial asthma chonic duration(2nd,3rd grade) and asthma ,the effective rates of treatment group and control group are respectively 93.33% and 86.67%, in which the treatment group to improve pant, cough, expectoration, chest stuffiness and other symptoms are better than the control group, Especially in lumbar acerbity,acratia,dizziness,tinnitus,comparison between groups are notable and significant in statistics。Conclusion: Result proved that cipher prescription granules are effective on treating bronchial asthma chronic duration (2nd,3rd grade) andasthma (lung-heat,latent phlegm and kidney-dificiency type),without any adverse effect。... |
