Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Xianchan Zigui Recipe In The Treatment Of Chronic Duration Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective:Bronchial asthma is one of the common chronic respiratory system diseases.Now the incidence of bronchial asthma is increasing year by year.The course of the disease is long,especially in the chronic duration stage,it is often repeated and difficult to recover,which not only affects the individual life of the patients,but also brings a certain burden to the society.In recent years,modern medicine has made great progress in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,but there are still many disadvantages and deficiencies,while traditional Chinese medicine has its own advantages in preventing the recurrence of asthma.In this study,we observed the symptoms,signs,lung function,ACT scores and so on of the patients with chronic asthma treated by Xianchan Zigui recipe.Evaluating the effects of each aspect on asthma treatment.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n = 30)and observation group(n = 30).The control group was given the basic treatment of western medicine(budesonide formoterol,inhaled),the observation group was given the above-mentioned western medicine basic treatment and Xianchan Zigui recipe(Gejie,Rougui,Beiwuweizi,Haipiaoxiao,Dilong,Chantui,Chaolaifuzi,),the course of treatment was 12 weeks.Patient’s symptoms and signs,lung function FEV1% ang PEF%,ACT score before and after medication were observed and recorded,then,counting and analyzing the above the indicators with SPSS23.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The effect of observation group was better than that of control group in the improvement of main symptoms and signs(P < 0.05);(2)In the secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,two groups showed improvement in all symptoms after treatment,but the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of cough phlegm clear,cold chills limbs and lumbar debility(P < 0.05),but the two groups had the same effect in improving the symptoms of eat less loose stools(P > 0.05);(3)In the aspect of pulmonary function,FEV1%,PEF% was improved in both groups,but the effect in observation group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05);(4)In terms of ACT score,the control of asthma was improved in both groups(P < 0.05),but the effect in observation group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05);(5)In the control group,one patient developed hoarseness,one patient in the observation group developed hoarseness and one patient developed distension discomfort.Conclusion: Budesonide formoterol combined with Xianchan Zigui recipe can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of asthma patients,especially cough phlegm clear,cold chills limbs and lumbar debility,and improve pulmonary function.A few of the patients in the two groups had mild discomfort,but the symptoms disappeared gradually after the withdrawal of the drug,which did not affect the experimental observation and had no adverse effect on the function of liver and kidney.Therefore,Xianchan Zigui recipe is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic bronchial asthma.
