| Objective: Based on cross-sectional investigation of the status about analgesia and sedation nursing knowledge of PICU nurses in northeast China and Inner Mongolia,to analyze the influencing factors comprehensively.It can be provided reference for further constructing standardized training program and developing standardized analgesia and sedation nursing process.Furthermore,analyzing the existing problems in PICU analgesic and sedative nursing practice,which can provide the corrective suggestions for promoting the safe implementation and standardized development of PICU analgesia and sedation nursing in the three northeast provinces and Inner Mongolia autonomous region.Methods: 1.Preparation of questionnaire: the project team designed a questionnaire pool on the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,referring to relevant guidelines and expert consensus,and drawing lessons from previous questionnaires related to analgesia and sedation nursing.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the questionnaire pool was selected and modified according to the expert opinions,and a questionnaire on the status quo of analgesia and sedation nursing knowledge and practice of PICU nurses was formed.2.Survey on the status of knowledge,attitude and practice: 512 PICU nurses in 18 hospitals in northeast China and Inner Mongolia were surveyed by questionnaire designed by ourselves,with 54pre-surveyed people and 458 formally surveyed.At the same time,t-test,one-way anova and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to conduct statistical analysis of its influencing factors,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship among knowledge,attitude and behavior scores.Results: 1.Delphi expert consultation results:(1)The reliability of the experts: two rounds of expert consultation and questionnaire effective feedback rate is 100%,the expert authority coefficient were 0.86 and 0.89.Each item importance mean range from3.27 ~ 4.91,and 3.82 ~ 5.00,Kendall coefficient were 0.280 and 0.315,the variation coefficient were 0.16 and 0.13,shows that the reliability of expert opinion is really high.(2)Questionnaire reliability and validity: after two rounds of expert consultation,a questionnaire on the status quo of analgesic and sedative nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of PICU nurses in northeast China and Inner Mongolia was formed.There were55 items in the questionnaire.The validity of the questionnaire was 0.961,and the Cronbach's a coefficient was 0.881.The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.2.Results of the current survey:(1)Knowledge: the score of analgesic and sedative nursing knowledge of PICU nurses in northeast China and Inner Mongolia was(67.77 ±17.15).The influencing factors of knowledge score were: whether nurses had received analgesic and sedative training,whether they had the experience of nursing analgesic and sedative children,whether they were intensive care nurses,nursing age of PICU,educational background and professional title.(2)Attitude: the score of nursing attitude towards analgesia and sedation of PICU nurses was(76.27±18.94).The influencing factors of attitude score were: whether the PICU nurses had received training in analgesia and sedation,whether they were nurses with severe diseases,whether they had professional titles,whether they had improved their education after work and whether they had knowledge scores.(3)Practice: the score of nursing behavior for analgesia and sedation of PICU nurses was(70.54±13.63).The influencing factors of practice score were: whether the PICU nurses had received analgesia and sedation training,whether they had nursing experience and attitude score.The problems in behavioral practice include: unnecessary deep sedation still exists,the use rate and frequency of assessment tools for analgesia and sedation are low,Non-drug analgesia sedation nursing implementation is not thorough,and the awareness of risk prevention is also not strong.(4)Pearson correlation analysis results: there was a positive correlation between knowledge score and attitude score,attitude score and practice score,knowledge score and practice score in PICU nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion: The scores of analgesic and sedative nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of PICU nurses in northeast China and Inner Mongolia are in the middle level.Nurses' knowledge of analgesia and sedation varied;The attitude of analgesia and sedation is still positive,but it still needs to be further improved.The behavior practice of analgesia and sedation lacks standardization,and the compliance to the guidelines and expert consensus is poor.Therefore,the knowledge,attitude and practice of analgesia and sedation of PICU nurses in northeast China and Inner Mongolia have great potential for improvement. |
