Objective:Through investigation to understand pregnant women controlled epidural analgesia childbirth related knowledge know level, pregnant women to patient-controlled epidural analgesia labor attitude and relevant behavior of the status quo, analysis of influence factors, in order to better carry out epidural analgesia labor health education and provide evidence for reducing the rate of cesarean delivery comprehensive intervention plan, then to promote natural childbirth reduce cesarean section rate, improve the level of women’s reproductive health.Methods:This thesis is divided into 3 stages. Respectively, the design phase of the questionnaire, the formal investigation stage, statistical analysis stage. First stage,through the review of the literature, combs the current domestic and foreign epidural labor analgesia research status, research progress and the latest research consensus, on the basis of initially formed maternal epidural analgesia knowledge-attitude-practice questionnaire and the expert consultation and pre-survey, final revised form used in the study of the formal questionnaire. Second stage, quantitative investigation. A cross-sectional survey research method, application in advance design good self-administered questionnaires, from May to July in2014, on maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shanxi Province, Taiyuan City Maternal and child health care hospital out-patient examination and Gynecology Hospital of 410 pregnant women for survey of related knowledge, attitude and behavior of patient controlled epidural analgesia. Thirdstage, statistical analysis stage. After the audit, the use of the Epidata3.1 to establish a database, the double data entry and check, the application of SPSS16.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.pre survey results, the questionnaire of knowledge, attitude, behavior of the three part of the Cronbachs’ a coefficients were 0.865, 0.829, 0.884;2.pregnant women controlled epidural analgesia in labor related knowledge score of the maximum value is 13, the minimum value is 0, the median score was 4, the four percentile interval is 5; the maximum attitude score is 33, the minimum value is 15, the average score was(24.09 + 4.09); behavior score maximum value is 15, the minimum value is 6, the average score was(10.47 + 2.38) points;3.There was statistical significance in the different culture degree, gestational age,average family income, production examination of pregnant women controlled epidural analgesia in labor of knowledge, attitude, behavior score difference(P < 0.05); multiple linear regression analysis showed that, education, pregnancy, family average monthly income can explain the variation of knowledge of pregnant women a score of 61.4%; the score of knowledge, the average monthly household income are the factors influencing attitude score(P < 0.05); the score of knowledge, attitude score, mode of delivery, the doctor suggested the total number of pregnancy is the behavior influence factor score(P< 0.05);4.There was a positive correlation between knowledge score, attitude score,behavior score of pregnant women with controlled epidural analgesia in labor(correlation coefficient r=0.282 ~ 0.335, P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.pregnant women of controlled epidural analgesia in labor related knowledge,attitude, behavior score and the overall level is not high, but there is a strong desire toacquire knowledge;2.The level of education、the average monthly household income, gestational age is the main factor affecting pregnant women controlled epidural analgesia in labor,knowledge score, attitude score and behavior score;3.epidural analgesia knowledge has important influence on attitude and behavior score, should adopt a variety of ways and means of education, low educational level, low family income, in the municipal hospital following antenatal examination of pregnant women and tend to choose cesarean section in pregnant women is need to focus on intervention.
