| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Liangxue granule in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis of wind heat and blood heat type,and to explore the advantage of Shufeng Liangxue in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.Methods100 children with mild to moderate allergic rhinitis that met the inclusion criteria were taken as observation objects,and were divided into a test group and a control group of 50 cases.Test group: Shufeng Liangxue granules are taken orally,150 ml warm boiled water,2 times daily,divided into morning and evening,(the amount of each time:1/3 dose for 3-5 years old,1/2dose for 6-10 years old,1dose for 11-14 years old).Control group: Cetirizine hydrochloride syrup is taken orally and taken before bedtime once a day(2.5ml under 3-5 years old;5ml under 6-11 years old;10ml under 12 and over years old).The course of treatment in both groups was 14 days,and the changes in the scores of the main symptoms and secondary syndromes were recorded 24 hours before taking the medicine,30 minutes,7 days,and 14 days after taking the medicine,and the changes in the total score of 1 month after taking the medicine,and the efficacy was evaluated.ResultDuring the test,one patient fell out of the test group and two patients fell out of or removed from the control group.Finally included in the statistics,49 cases in the test group and 48 cases in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of the main symptoms 24 hours before the medication and 30 minutes after the medication in the test group(P<0.01);there were statistical differences in the scores of the secondary symptoms(P<0.05).There was a statistically significantdifference in the scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms 24 hours before taking the medicine and 7 days and 14 days after taking the medicine(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of nasal congestion and nasal itching were statistically different after taking the medicine for 30minutes(P<0.05);the total score of the main symptoms and the main symptoms and main symptoms after 7 and 14 days The total scores have significant statistical differences(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,there was no statistical difference in the total score of each symptom and secondary symptom after taking the medicine for 30 minutes(P> 0.05);after 7 days of medication,there was no statistical difference in the score of each symptom(P>0.05).There is a statistical difference in the total score of secondary diseases(P<0.05);after14 days of medication,the total scores of cough,dry stool and secondary symptoms have significant statistical differences(P<0.05).After taking the medicine for 14 days,the test group showed 38 cases,7cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was45 cases(91.8%);the control group showed 14 cases,23 cases were effective,11 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 37(77.1%).The curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The follow-up situation after 1 month of treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01);the test group had a significant advantage compared with the control group.Conclusion1.Shufeng Liangxue Granules has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of mild to moderate wind-heat blood-heat children with allergic rhinitis.2.Shufeng Liangxue granule is superior to cetirizine hydrochloride syrup in improving sneezing,runny nose,nasal congestion,rhinopruritus and general physical condition of rheumatic fever and blood fever in children withmild to moderate allergic rhinitis,especially in relieving the main symptoms such as nasal obstruction and rhinopruritus.3.Shufeng liangxue granules have a better long-term effect on the treatment of mild to moderate wind-heat blood-heat children with allergic rhinitis compared with cetirizine hydrochloride syrup. |
