Clinical Observation Of Shufeng Erbai Granule In The Treatment Of Urticaria With Wind-heat Table Evidence In Children

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Er Bai granule on urticaria of wind heat type in children.To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Shufeng Er Bai granule.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shufeng Er Bai granule in the treatment of urticaria with wind heat in children,and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of urticaria in children with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,60 cases of urticaria with wind heat phenotype were selected from the outpatient department of Pediatrics of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The treatment group was given Shufeng Erbai granules,while the control group was given Jingfu Zhiyang granules.Take the oral medicine for7 days as a course of treatment,after two courses of continuous treatment,observe the changes of clinical symptoms of the two groups,and determine the curative effect.Results:1.Baseline comparison: the scores of gender,age,course of disease and condition of the two groups before treatment were compared,P > 0.05,with no significant difference and comparability.2.Curative effect comparison : after treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.01),suggesting that there was significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance.The total effective rate of the two groups is 89.7% in the treatment group and 85.7% in the control group,which shows that the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Shufeng Er Bai granule has a significant effect on urticaria of wind heat type in children,and the overall effect is better than Jingfu Zhiyang granule.2.Shufeng Er Bai granule and Jingfu Zhiyang granule can improve the clinical symptoms of urticaria in children with wind heat,and Shufeng Er Bai granule has a better clinical effect.3.Shufeng Er bai granule is better than Jingfu Zhiyang granule in improving TCM syndrome.4.The recurrence rate of Shufeng Er bai granules was lower than that of Jingfu Zhiyang granules.
