Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Xuanfei Qingqiao Fang in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of wind heat type in children. Methods: 80 children who met the standard were averaged into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group was given Xuanfei Qingqiao Fang, the control group western medicine which is montelukast sodium chewable tablets,a course of 4 weeks. The changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed and recorded, and the recurrence within 2 months after drug withdrawal was followed up.The collected clinical data were statistically analyzed with spss25.0.Result:(1)In the comparison of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,Xuanfei Qingqiao Fang was better than montelukast sodium in the treatment of children's runny nose and nasal obstruction(P < 0.05);(2)In the comparison of TCM syndromes,Xuanfei Qingqiao Fang and montelukast sodium chewable tablet had the same effect in the treatment of children's itchy eyes, dry mouth, irritated fever and epistaxis(P > 0.05),but the cough formula was better than montelukast sodium chewable tablet in the aspects of cough, expectoration and pharyngeal itch(P < 0.05);(3)The total effective rate of Xuanfei Qingqiao Fang in treating allergic rhinitis of wind heat type was 97.44%,and the obvious efficiency was 20.51%;the total effective rate of montelukast sodium chewing tablets was 90.00%,and the obvious efficiency was 5.00%,which showed that the difference between the two groups in the obvious efficiency was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group;(4)The recurrence rate in the experimental group was 20.51%,in the control group was 35.00%.After statistical processing,it is demonstrated there was no significant between the two(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Xuanfei Qingqiao Fang has a definite therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis of wind heat and lung invasion type.Compared with montelukast sodium chewable tablets,it has more advantages in the overall therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine and is worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
