Clinical Observation Of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis-Asthma Syndrome(Wind-Heat Invading Lung Syndrome)and Its Effect On IL-6/IFN-γ/SOD/MDA Levels

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome(wind-heat invading lung syndrome),and to explore its effects on the levels of IL-6、IFN-γ,SOD and MDA.Methods:Based on the principle of parallel control and random grouping,60 patients with allergic rhinitis-asthma syndrome(wind-heat invading lung syndrome)were randomly assigned to the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was given montelukast sodium tablets and budesonide formoterol powder inhalation routine treatment,while the observation group was given Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score,rhinitis symptom score and asthma control test(ACT)score were compared according to the relevant scale.The changes of eosinophils,serum interleukin-6,interferon-γ,total immunoglobulin E,superoxide dismutase and propylene glycol in peripheral blood were detected.Results:1.There was no difference in the scores of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in the score of rhinitis symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of rhinitis symptoms in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the score of rhinitis symptoms in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in ACT score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the ACT score in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).There was no difference in ACT score between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05);Comparing the total curative effect of TCM between the two groups,the total effective rate of the observation group was the same as that of the control group(P>0.05),and the control rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Before treatment,there was no difference in Eos level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no difference in Eos level between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,Eos level in the observation group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no difference in Eos level between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);There was significant difference in serum total IgE level between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no comparability between the two groups.3.There was no difference in serum IL-6 level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-6 level of the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum IL-6 level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference in serum IFN-γ level between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum IFN-γ level of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum IFN-γ level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Before treatment,there was no difference in SOD level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD level of the two groups increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no difference in serum MDA level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum MDA level of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and in the observation group After treatment,the serum MDA level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can effectively alleviate the nasal symptoms of patients with CARAS(wind-heat invading lung syndrome),reducing the Integral of TCM Syndrome,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can increase the level of serum IFN-gamma and decrease the level of IL-6 in patients with CARAS(wind-heat invading lung syndrome),which has certain inhibitory effect on airway inflammation.3.Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can up-regulate the serum of patients with CARAS(wind-heat invading lung syndrome)SOD level,reducing MDA level,has a certain inhibitory effect on oxidative stress response.4.Whether Shufeng Jiedu Capsule can reduce the levels of Eos in peripheral blood and total IgE in serum of patients with CARAS(wind-heat invading lung syndrome)remains to be further studied.
