Observation Of Curative Effect On Treatment Of Children’s Allergic Rhinitis(Wind Evil Encroach Lung-type) By Shufeng Xingbi Therapy

Objective:Treat allergic rhinitis(AR)in children by Shufeng Xingbi Therapy.Observe the clinical symptoms,signs scale,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire before and after treatment.,RQLQ),to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shufeng Xingbi Therapy in the treatment of children with AR(Wind evil encroach lung-type),aiming to optimize the treatment plan and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods:85 cases of children with AR diagnosis were selected in the outpatient clinic of the People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The children with allergic rhinitis were diagnosed according to the standard points of the diagnosis of the traditional Chinese medicine symptom of Wind evil encroach lung-type,and treated with oral administration of Shufeng Xingbi Recipe and external use of Chinese medicine Xingbi Gel Nasal Dropsfor 4 weeks,observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment,and use the quantitative scores of symptoms and signs,VAS,RQLQ scores Method for evaluation,The collected data was statistically analyzed with SPSS26.0 statistical software.The measurement data were all expressed as mean±standard deviation((?)±s).Before and after comparison within the group,the analysis of variance was used for the normal distribution,and the non-parametric rank sum test was used for the data that did not conform to the normal distribution.Results:1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 85 children were included in this project,including 48 boys,37 girls,and most children aged 7-10.2.Treat children with AR with Xingbi gel nasal drops combined with Shufeng Xingbi Recipe.The observation results show that: Use the VAS scoring method to evaluate the situation of AR children after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,and the treatment All scores of VAS were significantly lower than before(all P<0.05),and the scores of VAS after 4 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those of 2 weeks after treatment(all P<0.05);Using PRQLQ scoring method: observe treatment after 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the PRQLQ scores were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and except for the PRQLQ non-nasal symptom score(P=0.05),the other scores of 4 weeks after treatmentwere significantly lower than 2 weeks after treatment(all P<0.05);Using the quantitative scoring method of symptoms and signs and the evaluation standard of curative effect,observe the changes after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,which is significantly lower than before treatment(all P<0.05),and The 4 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than the 2 weeks after treatment(both P<0.05);the clinical efficacy reached 88% in 2 weeks,and the clinical efficacy reached 94% in 4 weeks.3.85 children were enrolled in this project,of which 2 children withdrew from the experiment due to self-administration of western medicine,and 2 children withdrew from the experiment due to acute sinusitis during the treatment period.Therefore,a total of 81 children were in the clinical efficacy observation period.No adverse drug reactions were found.Conclusion:1.After treatment with Shufeng Xingbi Recipe and Xingbi Gel Nasal Drops,nasal congestion,The main symptoms and signs,nasal itching,sneezing,runny nose,nasal mucosal edema were significantly improved compared with before treatmen,which shows the effectiveness of Shufeng Xingbi Therapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.2.Shufeng Xingbi Recipe and Xingbi Gel Nasal Drops is used for the treatment of children with AR with Wind evil encroach lung-type,which can significantly improve the related symptoms and signs and improve the quality of life of the children,It’s effective.3.After 4 weeks of treatment with Shufeng Xingbi Recipe and Xingbi Gel Nasal Drops,the main symptoms,signs and related symptoms of AR children with Wind evil encroach lung-type were further improved and basically alleviated compared with 2 weeks after treatment.4.Shufeng Xingbi Recipe and Xingbi Gel Nasal Drops has high operability and high safety in the treatment of children with AR with Wind evil encroach lung-type.No adverse reactions have been found for the time being.
