| ObjectiveTo observe allergic rhinitis(AR)on serum Interleukin-35(Interleukin-35,IL-35)and Interleukin-37(Interleukin-37)in the treatment of wind evil criminal lung allergic rhinitis(AR)37,IL-37)The impact of changes in levels,to explore the possible mechanism of the treatment of pediatric AR(wind evil offender lung type)by the method of relieving the wind and relieving the nose,providing new ideas for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children,to improve clinical efficacy.MethodsFrom March 2019 to December 2019,54 outpatients were diagnosed as Pediatric AR and the traditional Chinese medicine accorded with the lung type of wind evil criminals in the outpatient clinic of the People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Second People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using random number table method,it was divided into 27 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(group A)and 27 cases of western medicine treatment group(group B).At the same time,30 healthy children were selected as the healthy control group(group C)).The Chinese medicine treatment group was given orally Shufeng Xingbi Decoction combined with topical Chinese medicine Xing nose gel nasal drops;the Western medicine treatment group was given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets(Xianteming)combined with mometasone furoate nasal spray(neshuna)The course of treatment is 4 weeks.Collect clinical data of children's age,sex,course of disease,etc.;ELISA method was used to determine serum IL-35,IL-37,human ovalbumin-specific IgE before treatment in groups A,B,and C and after 4weeks of treatment in groups A and B.(Ovalbumin Specific Ige,OVA sIgE)content;before and after 4 weeks of treatment,A and B groups were respectively quantified and graded for symptom signs and curative effect evaluation scores.The results of the study were analyzed with SPSS 26.0 statistical software package.Results1.Comparison of clinical data before treatment: The three groups A,B and C had no significant differences in gender and age composition(all P > 0.05),and were comparable.2.Serum IL-35,IL-37,OVA sIgE content comparison: Before treatment,the serum OVA sIgE level of the two groups A and B was higher than that of group C(P > 0.05),the level of IL-35 and IL-37 was significantly lower In group C(all P < 0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of blood OVA IgE in groups A and B decreased significantly compared with before treatment(all P > 0.05),while the levels of IL-35 and IL-37 were higher than before treatment Significantly increased(P < 0.05);A and B showed no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Comparison of clinical symptoms and signs and evaluation of efficacy: There was no significant difference in the evaluation of symptoms and signs and evaluation of efficacy between groups A and B before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusions1.children with AR have elevated serum OVA sIgE levels,decreased serum IL-35 and IL-37,and imbalance of Th1/Th2 and Th17/Treg.2.Elevating the levels of IL-35 and IL-37,correcting the imbalance of Th1/Th2,Th17/Treg,reducing the release of inflammatory mediators and the secretion of OVA sIgE may be the traditional Chinese medicine Shufeng Xingbi Decoction combined with Xingbi Gel Nasal Drops to treat wind One of the mechanisms of allergic rhinitis in pediatric lung children.3.Chinese medicine Shufeng Xingbi prescription and Xingbi gel nasal drops can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of children with AR,improve the quality of life of children with no obvious adverse reactions,and its clinical efficacy has no significant difference compared with Western medicine treatment group. |
