Since the 21st century,great changes have taken place in human society,and medical care technology has been developed rapidly.Modern people’s requirements for medical care are no longer simply satisfied with the treatment of diseases,but more concerned about how to maintain health.People’s demand for health brings great challenges and pressures to medical staff.With the progress of the times,the nursing industry has also refined many new disciplines,in addition to the common clinical nurses,but also derived from ostomy nurses,hemodialysis nurses and other specialized nurses.As a specialized nurse,hemodialysis nurses should not only master the conventional nursing knowledge and operation,but also master the related professional knowledge and skills of hemodialysis.In the face of special patients and relatively dangerous occupational environment,they will bring certain work pressure.How to reduce the work pressure is not only related to the physical and mental health of hemodialysis nurses themselves,but also related to their attitude and behavior towards work The sustainable development of health industry also has a certain impact,and relevant research is of great significance to both individuals and organizations.This study constructs the framework of the thesis through literature research,and provides the theoretical basis for the thesis writing.Questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the nurses in the hemodialysis room of Chongqing public hospital.A total of 304 questionnaires were issued and 292 valid questionnaires were collected.All data were entered by excel2010 and processed by spss22.0.According to the survey results,the main stressors of hemodialysis nurses come from workload and time allocation.The top three stressors are taking various examinations,operation training and meetings during regular rest;receiving various examinations and examinations from superiors frequently;too much workload.There was no significant difference in gender,age,education background,working years of blood purification and employment mode in the work pressure source of hemodialysis nurses.In different income aspects,the pressure in dimension I(nursing profession and work problems)and dimension II(workload and time distribution problems)was less than that in other income levels when the income was less than 3000 and more than 9001.It shows that salary and welfare are important factors that affect the work pressure of hemodialysis nurses.Most hemodialysis nurses adopt positive coping style to deal with work pressure.The main object of this study is young female nurses with high education background.The main form of employment is non contract workers.Most of the nurses are satisfied with their work,but most of the nurses still have the idea of changing careers or leaving.This paper analyzes the sources of work pressure of hemodialysis nurses in Chongqing public hospitals,mainly from environmental factors(public hospitals are not strong,industry reform,competitive pressure,nurses’ professional risk),organizational factors(human resource allocation is insufficient,interpersonal relationship is complex,management ability of organizational leadership is limited,pay and welfare are low,learning opportunities are few),personal factors(self Lack of adjustment ability,lack of time management and family support,lack of self-learning ability),combined with the relevant theories of public management,such as hierarchy of needs theory,two factor theory,etc.,from the perspective of public management,from the environmental level,organizational level,personal level,formulate strategies to relieve work pressure,such as government led,improve the modern hospital management system;guarantee the occupational safety of nurses;the correct guidance of the media;the optimization of human resources allocation and the improvement of nurses’ enthusiasm for work;the implementation of scientific nurse performance appraisal and salary and welfare system;the establishment of multi-dimensional training and assessment system to reduce the burden of nurses;managers pay attention to humanistic care;face up to the work pressure and keep a good attitude;strengthen the ability of independent learning and improve their own skills and quality;strengthen time management and strengthen the family Court support,etc.In order to improve the work enthusiasm of hemodialysis nurses,ensure the safety and quality of hemodialysis nursing work,alleviate the contradictions between doctors and patients,promote public hospitals to return to the public welfare,and promote the reform and development of nursing service industry.
