Study On The Relation Of Working Pressure And Psychological Health In Only-child Nurse

With the development of society and economic, the health consciousness of people has increased and the problem of working pressure and psychological health has become a region that people pay more attention to . lots of studies proved that continuous high level pressure may exhaust the energy of the body which to adapt and regular the pressure, and induce the unbalance of body, which may make the malfunction more easily and induce body and mental diseases. Nursing is a profession with pressure ,and foreign scholars have realized for ahead the influence of pressure to nursing work, long period under the working pressure resources may not only make the nurse produce a series physiological and psychological symptoms but also induce related diseases. Therefore , the research of the relation between working pressure and psychological health level of only - child nurses is creative in the nursing management region and having realistic and social significance.OBJECTIVETo reveal the relation between working pressure resources and psychological health level of only - child nurse, and make out the main factors that affect mental health of only - child nurses and offer reliable evidence to maintain psychological health of nowadays nurses. Experiment material and method select 106 all only - child nurses and 115not only- child nurses from four hospital in Jin zhou city randomly. Using nurse working pressure test table and SCL -90 symp-tom self - testing table to investigate via filling out the form . Statistic analysis : using u - test , pilson relation , the square differs analysis etc , groups of data are expressed with x s .RESULTSThe working pressure of only - child nurses was middle , and time assigning and patient nursing. There was a positive relationship between the marriage and record of formal schooling of the only - child nurse , and the working pressure resources. The psychological health level of only - child nurse is lower than normal female model, and not only - child nurses. Only - child nurses have more psychological symptoms than those not only - child nurses. The main psychological symptoms show as depression anxiety ,photic anxiety and the psychoticism. There was marked relationship between working pressure recourses and psychological health level of only - child nurses and the biggest relation coefficient is problem of management and interpersonal relationship. The high ranked of the management and interpersonal relationship are sack of understanding and respect to other health workers, over criticism of the nursing managers , insufficient understanding and support of nursing manager.CONCLUSION1. Psychological health status of only son and daughter nurse was lower than ordinary people. Only son and daughter have more mental problem than not only son and daughter nurses that presents outstandingly in the Obsessive - Compulsive, the Depression, and the Anxiety aspect.2. Work pressure of only son and daughter nurse is close related to that the mental health express primarily at manage and interpersonal problem, nursing and working problem, patients's nursing problem. Tnere .is serious Psychological problem in only son and daughter, and it affects nursing quantity provided by the only son and daughter nurse seriously.3. It is very important to enhancing only son and daughter the nurses mental health works to prevent mental and body diseases.
