As a special group,medical staff are engaged in high-tech,high-risk,high exploratory work closely related to human health and life.Most of the research found that the contemporary medical staff are under great pressure,and their mental health level is lower than that of ordinary people.Women medical staff occupy a large number of clinical work,and women themselves are affected by the traditional role of society,they are facing the dual pressure of family and career.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to fully investigate the work stress and its influencing factors of clinical female doctors.This study uses questionnaires to empirically analyze the differences in demographic variables,correlations,and intermediary effects of working pressure sources,psychological elasticity,and working pressure among clinical female doctors.Further,through interview research,we can further understand the clinical female doctors' self-perception.The magnitude,impact,main source of stress,countermeasures and effects of the work.After research,this article draws the following conclusions:(1)Overall,the work pressure of the respondents is at a medium level.From the perspective of stressors,organizational management,professional interest,workload,professional development,interpersonal relationships,external environment,and doctor-patient relationship are at a moderately high level.(2)From the perspective of the age of clinical female doctors,there is a significant correlation between the age difference and the work stressor score and work stress of the female doctors.Among them,the work stressor and work stress scores of female clinicians between 31 and 40 years of age Both were significantly higher than clinical female doctors aged 20 to 30 and over 41 years.(3)The clinical female doctors with different marital status have significant differences in interpersonal relationship,external environment,doctor-patient relationship and total work stress scores.Among them,the unstressed clinical female doctors have significantly higher work stress sources and work stress scores than those who have Married clinical female doctor.(4)there are significant differences in all aspects of pressure sources and dimensions of work pressure among women doctors with different education levels and professional titles,among which the scores of doctor and senior professional titles in organizational management,professional interest,work load and external environment,doctor-patient relationship and total score of work pressure are significantly higher than those of master,undergraduate and low-level professional titles In terms of professional development and interpersonal relationship,the scores of female doctors with bachelor's degree and low-level professional titles were significantly higher than those with master's degree,doctor's degree and senior professional titles.(5)there are significant differences in all aspects of stress sources and dimensions of work stress among clinical female doctors in different departments.Among them,the scores of surgical clinical female doctors in work load,interpersonal relationship,external environment and work stress are significantly higher than those of clinical female doctors in internal medicine and other departments,while in organizational management and career development,the scores of medical clinical female doctors are significantly higher than those of other departments Female doctor of surgery and other departments.(6)There is a significant positive correlation between work stressors and work stress,and a significant negative correlation between work stress and psychological resilience.(7)Mental resilience play a certain mediating effect between the work pressure source and work pressure of female doctors.In addition,based on the work pressure of female clinicians and their own distinctive characteristics,this paper puts forward measures to relieve the work pressure of female clinicians from three aspects of society,hospital and doctors themselves.
