As the life rhythm speeding up, the social competition increasingly fierce. Thenurse’s own development needs and society to the requirement of increasing thenursing work, make the nurses’ working pressure gradually increase. As neurologyintensive medicine (NCU) nurses expose themselves to high pressure workingatmosphere for a long period o f time, fast night shift rotation, focused their attentionon, etc. At the same time, they have more stress source and pressure source, such asthe environment isolation, crowded, noise partial big, bad stimulation, critically illpatients condition,more rescue and death, workload, low treatment etc., make theNCU nurses’ psychological health level lower than neurologist ordinary ward nurses.Objective:Survey the neurology nurses’ psychological health level and the work pressuresource of the three clinical hospitas of Jilin university, discusse the related factors andcarries on the analysis and comparison, for nursing managers provide theoretical basisby taking relevant effective measures to improve psychological health level, improvethe quality of life and reduce the pressure on job of the neurologist nursesMethods:This study selected the Neurology intensive medicine nurses as the researchobject, by means of random sampling methods, respectively intensie the Neurologyintensive medicine nurses group and the common ward nurse group in neurology(medical, surgical)of the three clinical hospitals of jilin university,100nurses in eachgroup.The conditions of the research object is:(1) working in the department of neurology nursing time more than one year, thecontinuous in designated ward work more than one month;(2) graduated from normal nursing school.(3) willing to participate in this topic;(4) clinical nurse and hold nurse license of the People’s Republic of China.Investigate the research object by Using general situation questionnaire, SCL90(symptoms self evaluation table) and a scale of the working pressure source, will allinformation digitization and entry Excel table to set up the database, using SPSS13.0statistics software to analyzes data processing, analysy and compare to the data with t test, analysis of variance and χ2test method.Results:1. A total of200subjects agreed to accept a survey and fill in the questionnaire, atotal of195valid questionnaires, the recovery rate is97.5%.195Department of nurseNCU and general ward nurses age mainly concentrated in the age between2125, upto46.15%, the number reached58.46%, unmarried, nursing age was13years, up to43.08%, the title for the majority of nurses,59.48%.2.SCL-90questionnaire the results showed, in addition to interpersonal sensitivityfactor, NCU nurses and general ward nurses the total score and the scores of allfactors were statistically significant difference (P <0.05), NCU nurses the factorscores were higher than general ward nurses.3. Sources of work pressure survey, NCU nurses and general ward nurse jobstressors Scale total score, the nursing profession and work, patient care, managementand interpersonal item scores the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),NCU nurse each item scores were higher than general ward nurses. While theworkload and time allocation and resource and environment project score in thedifferences between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).4.SCL-90questionnaire results showed, according to different age groups, nurseNCU scores were not statistically significant (P>0.05); according to marital statuspacket, NCU nurses somatization, other and paranoid ideation scores the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05); according to the different nursing age group,NCU nurses hostile factor scores the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nurse job stressors scale the results showed, according to different agegroups, NCU nurses’ workload and time allocation project score difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); according to the different nursing age group, NCUnurses of the nursing profession and work and workload and time allocation projectscore difference has statistics significance (P<0.05) according to the differenttitles; packet, NCU nurses’ workload and time allocation of items scored statisticallysignificant differences.Conclusion:1.195Department of nurse NCU and general ward nurses age mainly concentratedin the age between2125, up to46.15%, the number reached58.46%, unmarried,nursing age was13years, up to43.08%, the title for the majority of nurses,59.48%. 2. Nurse NCU SCL-90Scale total scores, somatization, obsessive-compulsivesymptoms, fear, depression, anxiety and hostility factor scores were higher thangeneral ward nurses, that general ward nurses mental health status of nurses in NCU.3. NCU nurse job stressors Scale total scores, the nursing profession and work,patient care and management and interpersonal relationship problems scores werehigher than general ward nurses, show that NCU nurses working pressure higher thanthe general ward nurses.4. Marital status, nursing age factors may respectively and NCU nursessomatization, other, paranoid and hostile factors. Age factors, nursing age factors andtitle factors may NCU respectively with the nurse’s workload and time allocation andthe nursing profession and work issues.
