were distributed and 186 effective questionnaires were recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 93%.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data and mean and standard deviation were used to describe the measurement data.Frequency and percentage description counting data;Independent sample t test and one-way anova were used to compare the effects of different demographic data and clinical data on the quality of life of burn patients.Pearson correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and quality of life of burn patients.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the quality of life of burn patients.Results1.Quality of life scores of burn inpatients and basic demographic and clinical dataAmong the 186 burn hospitalized patients,48.9% were males and 51.1% were females. The proportion between 18 and 44 years old was 39.8%,and the proportion ?45 years old was 60.2%.Primary school culture accounts for 33.9 percent, junior high school 29.0 percent, senior high school 25.8 percent, university and above 11.3 percent;Farmers account for 25.8%,workers 30.6%,civil servants 5.9% and others 37.6%.Unmarried 13.4%,married 53.8%,divorced 18.8%,widowed 14.0%;Annual income ?20,000 yuan accounts for 40.9%,20001-50,000 yuan accounts for 12.9%,50001-100,000 yuan accounts for46.2%;Rural household burn accounted for 40.9% and those with moderate burn accounted for 59.1%.Body function: partial self-care(51.1%),self-care(48.9%).2.The quality of life scores of burn inpatients and the differences in basic demographic data and clinical data were comparedThe total score of quality of life of burn inpatients was 64.66±8.17,and the average score of each dimension was from high to low, followed by physical function(78.74±7.04),social relationship(63.76±12.54),psychological function(61.68±7.64),and general health status(52.78±8.91).Pearson correlation was used to analyze the differences in the quality of life scores of burn inpatients in demographic and sociological data. The results showed that age, gender, education, occupation, marriage, payment method and annual income were significantly correlated in the total quality of life score and all dimensions(P <0.01).The quality of life of burn inpatients was different in age, gender, education, occupation, marriage, annual income and payment method, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the cause and site of burns in the field of somatic function(P <0.05).There were significant differences in the total life quality score, physical function, psychological function and social relationship between burn sites(P < 0.01).3.Relationship between psychological capital and quality of life of burn inpatientsThe total score of psychological capital of burn inpatients was 124.15±18.20,and the average score of each dimension was optimistic(32.09±4.16),resilience(30.8±75.45),hope(30.76±4.26),and self-efficacy(30.41±4.93).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of positive psychological capital and all dimensions of burn inpatients were significantly positively correlated with the total score of quality of life and all dimensions, and the correlation coefficient was 0.796-0.948.4.Multiple regression analysis of factors influencing the quality of life of burn inpatientsThe results of multiple linear regression analysis on the quality of life of burn inpatients showed that gender,education,marriage,self-efficacy and hope had significant effects on the prediction of somatic function.Age,gender, marriage, burn site and self-efficacy had significant effects on the prediction ofpsychological function.Education, marriage, payment methods,self-efficacy,and hope played a significant role in predicting social relationships.Age,marriage,self-efficacy,and resilience were
