coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.835,the Cronbach?s ? coefficient of each dimension is between 0.610 and 0.790,and the halving coefficient is 0.864(P<0.01).The positive psychological capital questionnaire for patients with diabetic retinopathy includes four dimensions of resilience,self-efficacy,hope and optimism, with a total of 18 items.2.Current status of positive psychological capital and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy. The positive psychological capital score of patients with diabetic retinopathy was 72.08 ± 9.42,of which 64 were 28.32% in the low group,41.59% were in the middle group and 30.09% were in the high group 68,The overall score is at a medium level. The quality of life score of patients with diabetic retinopathy was 52.10 ± 18.22,the overall health dimension score(21.90 ± 20.58)was the lowest in all dimensions, followed by the overall visual acuity(34.96 ± 20.01),in which the eye pain dimension score was the highest(78.26 ± 21.43),followed by color vision(73.34 ± 34.72),the overall quality of life score is low.3.The effect of positive psychological capital on quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy The Pearson correlation coefficient between positive psychological capital and quality of life in patients with diabetic retinopathy is 0.571(P<0.01);single factor analysis of quality of life showed that age, education, and marital status,Medical payment methods, monthly household income per capita, visual impairment, severity of DR,whether surgery and active psychological capital affect the quality of life are statistically significant(P<0.05),multiple stepwise regression analysis of quality of life shows that the severity of DR,Positive psychological capital, visual impairment and family monthly income per capita entered the regression equation, these 4 variables jointly predict the variation in quality of life is 51.00%.Among them, the ability to predict the severity of DR is the best, which can explain 28.60% of the variation alone, followed by positive psychological capital, which accounts for 15.70%.Conclusions: 1.The positive psychological capital questionnaire for patients with diabetic retinopathy developed in this study has good reliability and validity.2.The positive psychological capital of patients with diabetic retinopathy was at a medium level in this study, and the quality of life of patients was low.3.Positive psychological capital of patients with diabetic retinopathy is positively related to quality of life, and is an important influencing factor of quality of life.Raising the level of positive psychological capital can improve the quality of life of patients.
