| Objective:To describe the general demographic data of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),analyze the differences of general demographic data on quality of life,and explore the correlation between psychological capital,medical coping style and quality of life of patients with GDM,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical intervention of GDM in the future.Objects and methods:This research USES the convenience sampling method choosing in September2020-December 2020 visits in shenyang a level 3,discharge standard of obstetrics and gynecology hospital,200 cases of patients with gestational diabetes as the research object,through the general information questionnaire,psychological capital(PPQ)a questionnaire,medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ),quality of life questionnaire(WHOQOL BREF)questionnaire.After data collection,SPSS20.0statistical software was used for double and double entry,and the analysis was as follows:Mean,standard deviation,frequency,is adopted to form than in patients with gestational diabetes usually data descriptive statistical analysis,single factor variance analysis method is used to analyze the differences of general information and quality of life in patients with,the psychological capital,medical coping styles and quality of life for patients with Pearson correlation analysis,analysis the correlation between the three,there are differences in the single factor analysis of variance of general information and psychological capital,medical coping styles all dimensions as independent variables,the quality of life and the degree of you as a dependent variable and multiple linear regression,to explore how the factors affect the quality of life,Bootstrap mediating effect analysis was used to analyze the mediating effect among psychological capital,medical coping style and quality of life.Results:1.Self-rated quality of life range:50?100points,with an average score of85.66±9.98 points.The scores of the dimensions of life quality:the field of social relationship scored the highest,ranging from 8 to 20 points,with an average score of15.10±2.17 points.The psychological field had the lowest score,ranging from 6 to 20points,with an average of 14.32±2.32 points;the physiological field had a range of9.14 to 19.43 points,with an average of 14.60±2.13 points.The scores in the field of environment ranged from 9 to 20.50,with an average score of 14.31±2.15.2.Score of psychological capital of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus:total score of psychological capital was 117.33±15.76 points,scores of each dimension:optimism dimension:25.42±4.50 points,hope dimension:29.50±4.42points,self-efficacy dimension:33.66±6.11 points,resilience dimension:28.81±5.07points.3.The total score of medical coping style of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus was 42.98±5.49 points.The scores of each dimension were 19.39±3.18 points in the face dimension,16.46±2.64 points in the avoidance dimension and 7.23±2.70points in the yield dimension.4.Correlation analysis:To the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes and psychological capital respectively in every dimension score score and total scores of each dimension score,medical coping styles and each dimension score for correlation analysis,the result shows that the psychological capital total score and quality of life in all dimensions physiological field was a positive correlation(r=0.158,P<0.05),and psychological,social relations,environment has significant positive correlation(r=0.255?0.284,P<0.01),psychological capital optimism dimension,self-efficacy dimensions of each dimension and the quality of life in each dimension has significant positive correlation(r=0.202?0.338,P<0.01),the dimension of hope was positively correlated with the physical domain(r=0.187,P<0.05),and the dimension of resilience was negatively correlated with the physical domain(r=0.232?0.306,P<0.01),and the dimension of hope was positively correlated with the psychological domain,the social domain and the environmental domain(r=-0.170,P<0.05).There was no correlation between the total score of medical coping style and each dimension of quality of life.There was a significant positive correlation between the face dimension and the avoidance dimension of medical coping style and the environmental domain(r=0.195?0.218,P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between the face dimension and the quality of life(r=0.201,P<0.01).The yield dimension was negatively correlated with the quality of life(r=-0.522?0.342,P<0.01).5.Analysis of differences between patients'general data and quality of life:whether they have exercise habits has significant differences in their quality of life(P<0.01),their education and occupation have significant differences(P<0.05),their quality of life has significant differences in the payment methods of medical expenses,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.01).There is a negative correlation between BMI index and psychological field of quality of life(P<0.05).6.Regression analysis results showed that the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were exercise habits,optimism dimension,self-efficacy dimension(R~2=0.332 adjusted R~2=0.284 P<0.01)was statistically significant.The physiological factors affecting the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were self-efficacy dimension,resilience dimension and yield dimension(R~2=0.273 adjusted R~2=0.221 P<0.01)which was statistically significant.The psychological factors affecting the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were self-efficacy dimension and yield dimension(R~2=0.449 adjusted R~2=0.410 P<0.01),which was statistically significant.The factors affecting the field of social relationship in the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were occupation,optimism dimension,self-efficacy dimension,yield dimension(R~2=0.281 adjusted R~2=0.230 P<0.01)which was statistically significant.The environmental factors affecting the quality of life of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were optimism dimension,self-efficacy dimension,face dimension and yield dimension(R~2=0.316 adjusted R~2=0.267P<0.01)Conclusion:1.The quality of life of gestational diabetes mellitus patients is at the middle level,and the score in social relations field is the highest.The psychological field scored the lowest.2.The differences between the general demographic data and the quality of life of gestational diabetes mellitus patients are whether they have exercise habits,educational background,occupation and payment methods of medical expenses.Patients with exercise habits scored higher than those without exercise habits,those with master's degree or above scored the highest,those with public jobs scored the highest,and those with medical expenses paid by the new rural cooperative medical system scored the highest.3.There are correlations between psychological capital,medical coping style and quality of life in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Psychological capital(except resilience dimension)is positively correlated with all dimensions of quality of life,while resilience dimension is negatively correlated with physiological fields of quality of life.In medical coping style,facing dimension is positively correlated with quality of life and environmental field,avoidance dimension is positively correlated with environmental field,and yield dimension is negatively correlated with all fields of quality of life. |
