Clinical Study On Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Needle-finger Tremor And Qi-promoting Method

Goal:Through the observation and analysis of the research of the two groups of subjects,the objective evaluation of the therapeutic effect of needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method and mild reinforcing-reducing method on LDH,and the exploration of the origin and operation essentials of needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method,so as to provide a safe and effective acupuncture method for the clinical treatment of LDH.Methods:Will be included in the standard of 7 2 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.In the two groups were given BL23_bilateral,BL25_bilateral,GV3,EX-B8,BL57_{affected side},GB39_{affected side},each group one period of treatment,treatment 2 weeks,three times a week,a total of two period of treatment.Treatment group using needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method and the control group with mild reducing method treatment.Using SPSS 25.0 statistical software,by comparing the difference between the two groups of grading,explore qualified subjects before and after 2 courses of treatment efficacy evaluation index score?JOA?VAS scale?,as well as the actual clinical curative effect of treatment.Results:1.The basic data of the two groups and the VAS?JOA score before treatment were compared.According to statistical analysis,?P>0.05?showed no statistically significant difference and were comparable.2.VAS scores before and after treatment were compared:P<0.001,indicating that both groups were effective in improving pain in LDH patients.3.The JOA scores before and after treatment were compared:P<0.05,indicating that the two groups were effective in improving muscle strength,gait,straight leg elevation and daily activities of LDH patients.4.The comparison of VAS scores and JOA scores between the two groups after treatment:P<0.05,there was a statistical difference,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group in improving pain,muscle strength,gait,straight leg elevation and daily activities.5.Analysis of the effective rate of the two groups:the experimental group?91.18%?,the control group?80.00%?,P<0.05,so the efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.6.Safety evaluation:in the course of treatment,the vital signs of the two groups of subjects have no obvious abnormal changes,and no acupuncture accidents,indicating that the safety of the two treatment methods is good.Conclusion:1.The two methods showed different clinical effects in the treatment of LDH.2.The VAS score and JOA score indicated that the acupuncture vibrato method had more advantages and effect in relieving pain,raising the angle of straight leg elevation,improving muscle strength and improving restricted daily activities and walking gait.3.There were no obvious side effects and adverse reactions in the two methods.Therefore,the two groups of acupuncture are safe and reliable.
