Meridian Clinical Efficacy Pound Mortar Acupuncture Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy about the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by Ziwudaojiu acupuncture.Methods:60cases met the inclusion criteria of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in each group. The treatment group treated by Ziwudaojiu acupuncture, the control group treated by Reinforcing-reducing acupuncture. All patients were treated1time a day,30minutes for each treatment, in the course of treatment, every15minutes, manipulating the needle one time, continuous treatment10times as a course, treatment breaks for2-3days, then continue to the next course of treatment, observed two courses. Referring to the People’s Republic of China pharmaceutical industry standards,"TCM Syndrome Diagnostic and the efficacy of the standard", before treatment, after a course of treatment, after two courses of treatment, for each group were assessed by using the Visual Analogue Scale and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores, observe its security and for statistical comparative analysis.Results:In treatment group, the total effective rate was93.10%, in control group, the total effective rate was89.66%, both groups showed a significant integrated effect. Both groups of patients with lower VAS, JOA score, improved clinical signs. However, VAS scores between the two groups, the treatment group compared with control group in terms of improving the patient’s pain, more advantages (P<0.05).Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of Ziwudaojiu acupuncture is roughly equivalent to the clinical efficacy of Reinforcing-reducing acupuncture. Two kinds of acupuncture manipulation can effectively treat the patients with herniated lumbar intervertebral disc, in the improvement of subjective symptoms, signs, activities of daily living limitation has obvious effect. Compared with the Reinforcing-reducing acupuncture, Ziwudaojiu acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain of patients. Its security is good, it has the value of clinical application.
