Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Nervous Tinnitus Of Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney By Needle-finger Tremor And Promoting Qi Method

Objective:Objective to evaluate the actual effect of acupuncture and finger tremor and Qi moving therapy for tinnitus of liver and kidney deficiency type,and to conduct in-depth clinical research on the acupuncture,in order to explore a new and effective method for the treatment of the disease.Method:According to the criteria of platooning,patients who met this study were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group,for a total of 72 cases.The treatment group used needle-finger tremor to perform the qi method,and the group used the method of calming and purging.The treatment group and the control group selected the same acupoints Tinggong,Zhongzhu,Taixi,Yifeng and Shenshu.The treatment time limit of the above two groups is 4 weeks.After the treatment,observe the difference between the treatment group and the control group.Before and after treatment,the two groups were evaluated using the Tinnitus Disability Scale and the Tinnitus Severity Scale,and SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare the differences before and after treatment.Finally,the comprehensive efficacy and safety of treatment are evaluated and analyzed.Result:1.In this study,there are 72 cases were included,and 65 cases were finally completed.A total of 7 cases were lost in the two groups.The treatment group actually completed 33 cases and dropped 3 cases,while the control group actually completed 32 cases and dropped 4 cases.Comparing the two groups of patients with gender,age,course of disease,tinnitus severity grade score,THI score,etc.before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P?0.05)and were comparable.2.After treatment,the scores of tinnitus and tinnitus severity were compared between the treatment group and the control group.The scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P?0.05),indicating that both groups of patients were effective.After treatment,the grade score of tinnitus severity in the two groups was statistically significant(P?0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.3.In terms of THI score,the THI scores of the two groups of patients improved after treatment.After statistics,the two groups before and after treatment P?0.05,the difference was statistically significant,both groups improved in the degree of disabling tinnitus Has a relatively good effect.After treatment,the THI scores of the two groups of patients were statistically significant,(P?0.05),which indicates that the treatment group is higher than the control group in improving the degree of disability.4.Compare the tinnitus classification between the two groups: before and after treatment,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P?0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the disability of tinnitus.After treatment,the two groups of patients according to the THI score,after obtaining the severity of tinnitus,through the rank sum test to get the analysis results,Z =-2.299,P = 0.009,P ? 0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating treatment The effect of the group is better than that of the control group.5.Comprehensive curative effect evaluation: After the treatment of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.82%;the total effective rate of the control group was 71.82%.The result of rank sum test P = 0.037?0.05,the difference isstatistically significant,indicating that that the treatment effect of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.6.Evaluate the safety of this study during the entire course of treatment: the general indicators of the two groups of patients were tested before and after treatment,and it was found that their vital signs such as blood pressure(Bp),pulse,body temperature,heart rate were not seen There were obvious abnormal changes and no acupuncture accidents occurred in the acupuncture treatment.After chi-square test analysis,P = 0.485 ? 0.05,which indicates that both treatment methods have good safety.Conclusion:1.The acupuncture and finger tremor Qi moving method and the traditional pingbupingxie method have better clinical effect in the treatment of nervous tinnitus of deficiency of liver and kidney,while the acupuncture and finger tremor Qi moving method has more advantages.2.According to this study,acupuncture and finger tremor ventilation method is more advantageous in the classification of tinnitus,the classification of tinnitus severity,and the clinical efficacy.3.In this study,no significant adverse reactions and side effects were found in the treatment of neurotic tinnitus caused by deficiency of liver and kidney by acupuncture and finger tremor.Therefore,the acupuncture and finger-finger tremor method provides a new safe acupuncture method for the treatment of neuronal tinnitus with deficiency of liver and kidney.Therefore,this method is a new,safe and effective acupuncture method.
