Objctive:To observe the clinical efficacy of needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method for cervical spondylotic ridiculopathy,to compare, analyze and discuss the clinical application value of this acupuncture method,to expand new ideas and provide new treatments for the treatment of cervical spondylotic ridiculopathy. Methods:Using SPSS random number table to generate random numbers for 70 subjects who met the inclusion criteria, the random numbers were ranked and sorted, and 70 subjects were randomly distributed into treatment group(needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method)and the control group(mild reinforcing-reducing method),35 cases in each group. The main points of the two groups were taken from Fengchi, cervical Jiaji points(lesion segment),shoulder well, hand Sanli,Lieque;the course of treatment was 2 weeks, the treatment was 3 times a week,a total of 2 courses were observed.Record the curative effect indexes(MPQ,NPQ scale)and curative effect evaluation criteria of the two groups of qualified subjects before and after treatment, and use SPSS 24.0 to statistically analyze the obtained data and comprehensively evaluate the curative effect.Results:1.70 subjects were incorporated,6 cases were dropped, and 64 cases were actuallycompleted. The treatment group finally completed 34 cases and 1 case was lost. The control group actually completed 30 cases and 5 cases were dropped.Comparing the basic data(gender, age, course of disease),MPQ and NPQ scores before treatment between the two groups of subjects were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2.Comparing the changes of MPQ and NPQ scores before and after the two groups of treatment, the disparities are statistically significant(P <0.001),showing that both methods are effectual.3.The MPQ and NPQ scores after treatment and the disparity score before and after treatment are statistically significant(P <0.05),and the treatment group has lower score after treatment than the control group, and the disparity score before and after treatment is higher than the control group. It shows that the treatment group has a greater drop in each score after treatment than the control group, and the treatment plan is better than the control group.4.Evaluation of comprehensive curative efficacy: After the course of treatment, the total effectual rate of the treatment group was 91.18%,and the total effectual rate of the control group was 76.67%.The disparity was statistically significant(P <0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.Both needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method and mild reinforcing-reducing method can reduce the MPQ(PRI,VAS,PRI),NPQ and its' percentage scores.Needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method reducing the method of improving pain sensation, mood change, pain level and current pain intensity are better than mild reinforcing-reducing method;2.The acupuncture method of needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting has advantages over the improvement of numbness and pain symptoms caused by the degree of neck pain and the improvement of lifestyle and work quality compared with the method of mild reinforcing-reducing;3.The clinical curative effect of needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting method is more significant than that of mild reinforcing-reducing method.4.The acupuncture method of needle-finger tremor and qi-promoting is based on the essence of "adjusting shape","adjusting qi" and "adjusting mind".It has achieved good results in the treatment of CSR and provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of CS,which is worthy of clinical advocacy.
