The Research On Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation By Lumbar Three Needle's Acupuncture Combined With Combination Of Reinforcing Points Method

ObjectiveBy observing the clinical effect of lumbar three needle's acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with combination of reinforcing acupoints method and normal clinical acupoints.Compared the clinical effect of two kinds of therapies,I hope to treat the role of lumbar three needle's acupuncture combined with combination of reinforcing acupoints method in order to seek a more effective and simple method for the treatment of this disease.Hopping to provide reliable clinical data of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation for the future applications.MethodsA total of 60 volunteer patients were collected by SPSS19.0,and 60 random samples were randomly assigned to 60 opaque envelope.The samples were divided into two groups by the ratio of 1:1.Experiment group(lumbar three needle's acupuncture combined with combination of reinforcing acupoints method)and the control group(lumbar three needle acupuncture with normal clinical acupoints)are both 30 cases,according to the inclusion of standard patients in the order of treatment,according to the envelope within the card group for treatment.Both groups were given clinical basic rehabilitation(including bed rest,waist circumference,daily conditioning,psychological care,functional exercise,etc.).The experimental group was acupunctured after the basis of acupuncture on Shenshu,Large intestine shu,Weizhong,Geshu,Spleenshu,Mimen,Zusanli,Chengshan and Sanyinjiao;the control group was acupunctured after the basis of acupuncture,too,choosing Shenshu,Large intestine shu,Weizhong,Huantiao,Cheng Fu,Fengshi,Chengshan,Kunlun,sciatic point.The two groups were inserted into the needles,using the acupuncture movement until the Qi is coming,every 10 minutes to do the mild reinforcing-reducing method once.Leaving the needles for 30 minutes after the whole course.Before and after treatment,the efficacy score was evaluated by VAS score,JOA,modified Ochestry dysfunction index(ODI)score and TCM diagnostic criteria for statistical analysis and clinical evaluation.ResultsThere were no statistically significant differences in the age,sex,lesion and TCM syndromes of the two groups.The difference was not statistically significant.Suggesting that the two groups of patients with similar data,they are comparable.After treatment,the he patients of two groups using VAS score found to evaluate efficiency.After 1-2 courses,the two groups' VAS scores were reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the score between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01).The results showed that two kinds of treatment both have the analgesic effect of lumbar disc herniation,but the effect of experiment group is better than that of the control group after one course of treatment.By JOA scores and ODI scores of statistic analysis,the results of comparing before and after treatment all have(P<0.01).There are significant difference statistically significant,suggesting that the two groups in the treatment of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has a certain ease symptoms and improve the dysfunction of the role.Between the two way to compare the each group between before and after the treatment,prompt the experimental results that the experiment group is better than the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine standard judging curative effect,according to the statistics,the results of the control group were cured 0,14 cases had marked effect,12 cases effective,4 had no effect,the total effective rate was 86.67%.the experiment grout were cured in 3 patients,19 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 96.67%.Differences between groups(P<0.01)significant statistical significance,suggesting that.the experiment group's overall treatment effect was better.ConclusionThe efficiency of lumbar three needle's acupuncture combined with combination of reinforcing acupoints method and lumbar three needle's acupuncture combined with normal clinical acupoints are both good,but the former is better.The clinical treatment efficiency of combination of reinforcing acupoints method should be positive.It is worth popularizing and having deeper study.
