Objective:This study uses explanatory mixed method design, combining quantitative and qualitative to collected data, through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews to comprehensively analyze the current status and influencing factors of HPV and HPV vaccine awareness among female college students and cognitive changes after brief knowledge transfer.Through quantitative research to understand its cognitive level, qualitative research to explore its potential barriers and facilitators of vaccination, hope to provide a basis for the future promotion and guidance of the HPV vaccine in the domestic student population. Methods:This research adopts a mixed research design, and the main body is divided into two parts.Part ?:Through review the data of current HPV and HPV vaccination, understand the current research status at home and abroad.Quantitative questionnaires were used to analyze the current situation of HPV vaccine awareness, disease self-awareness,and vaccination willingness of female college students.Based on informed consent,462 female college students in 5 universities in Zhejiang Province were selected using a convenient sampling method.A questionnaire with a total of 38 items was used after cultural adjustment. The overall scale Cronbach's a 0.85,after reading a knowledge text about the HPV vaccine, repeat the 29 items to fill in,to compare the changes before and after filling. After reading a knowledge text about HPV vaccine, repeat 29 items to complete, comparing the changes before and after the filling.Use SPSS25.0 to process the data, including descriptive analysis,one-way ANOVA,wilcoxon rank sum test, etc.to analyze cognitive status, disease conscious risk and vaccination willingness.Part ?:The purpose sampling method were used to collect data from 14 female college students in the school through semi-structured interviews. The subject was informed of the subject's informed consent to transcribe the text. The traditional content analysis method was used to encode and summarize the text materials to supplement the female college students. There are inherent deep-seated factors in cognition and vaccination, and further explore its vaccination decision-making process and expectations for individuals, schools, and society. Conclusion:Through analysis the quantitative survey results of 462 female college students in 5 universities, that the female college students group have a lower level of awareness of HPV(the correct rate is 26.8%),and have a high health belief(average score of 18.34+7.38).Vaccines need to be vaccinated(average score 15.76±6.57).Vaccination tends to ask parents, relatives and friends(average score 9.36±3.94).The influencing factors of cognition are mother's education level, family income, love experience,etc.(P<0.05),and through brief information dissemination can improve HPV cognition level and increase vaccination willingness. The HPV cognitive scale is negatively correlated with the health belief scale(r=-0.326**,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with the vaccinated population scale(r=-0.339**,P<0.01),the negative correlation with canonical belief scale(r=-0.253**,P<0.01).
