Cervical cancer is a female malignant tumor with a high clinical incidence.Clinical studies have confirmed that cervical cancer is the only cancer that can be prevented.A large number of epidemiological studies have shown that the main curative factor of cervical cancer is the persistent infection of human papillomavirus, and the high incidence of cervical cancer is around 19-30 years old, which is the age of female college students of this study. From the perspective of health communication, this paper explored the media exposure of HPV vaccine and its influence on vaccination behavior through literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and in-depth interviews, and attempted to study the business factor behind HPV propaganda. This paper analyzed the relevant research data at home and abroad to form a preliminary understanding of cervical cancer and HPV vaccine.Through the combing of the literature,it seeked appropriate theoretical research to provide a good theoretical support point for the research process.Through in-depth interviews with female college students who were vaccinated and not vaccinated with HPV to supplement and explain the results of the questionnaire survey, the author interviewed obstetricians and gynaecologists and health communication experts to use their professional analysis and advices to guide the future spread of HPV vaccine in the country. The study found that interpersonal communication and mass communication are the main ways for female college students to obtain cervical cancer prevention information, and the interpersonal communication channel persuasion effect is more significant. When accessing cervical cancer prevention information, people have higher trust on doctors and medical institutions and other interpersonal channels.Although social media is currently the most important channel for female college students to obtain information, their overall trust in the information transmitted by social media was low, whereas they had high trust in doctors, medical institutions, and peer-to-peer channels such as relatives, friends, and classmates. In addition, female college students had a low level of understanding of cervical cancer prevention knowledge and HPV vaccine, but their cervical cancer prevention and treatment attitude was positive.Their media exposure to HPV vaccine was significantly related to the cognitive behavior of cervical cancer prevention and treatment. This study used the health belief model to explore the vaccination behavior of cervical cancer prevention and treatment, and found that the vaccination behavior of female college students was related to self-efficacy,disease susceptibility, disease severity and response efficacy.Based on the above research, this study had increased the group influence on the basis of the original health belief model, and suggested that the government should vigorously play the role of interpersonal communication channels and promote the construction of professional publicity channels for relevant departments in HPV vaccine knowledge. In addition, due to the excessive speculation of the HPV vaccine in the media, the HPV vaccine had a certain commercial value in addition to its own health value. It also appeared that female college students have low levels of cognition of HPV vaccine, but the vaccination behavior tended to be low.Very high phenomenon. To this end, this study analyzed the business model behind it,and the relevant departments of CCRE should prevent the commercial risks of HPV vaccine speculation in order to respond to public health.
