Study On The Knowledge,attitude And Practice Of HPV Vaccine And Influencing Factors In Female College Students

ObjectiveThis study aims to understand the status quo of HPV vaccine about knowledge,at titude and practice of female college students,analyze the influencing factors of HPV vaccine about knowledge,attitude and practice of female college students,and explore the experience of female college students in acquiring relevant knowledge of HPV va ccine.MethodsThis study is divided into two parts: quantitative research and qualitative researc h.In the quantitative research part,the research objects and related variables are deter mined through literature review.812 female college students who meet the standards are selected by convenient sampling method.The selfdesigned HPV vaccine questionnaire about knowledge,attitude and practice of female college students is used as the measurement tool.Statistical software SPSS 22.0 is use d for data entry and analysis.Descriptive statistical t test,variance analysis,correlatio n analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis are used to analyze the data.Our p urpose is to analyze the influencing factors of HPV vaccine about knowledge,attitude and practice of female college students.In the qualitative research part,phenomenological method and purposeful intervie w are used to let the interviewees be more representative.The semistructured interview method is used to interview 8 cases with high scores of HPV vac cine related knowledge in the descriptive study.Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method and qualitative analysis software NVivo 11.0 are used to sort out and analyze the data.Our purpose is to explore the experience of female college stud ents in acquiring relevant knowledge of HPV vaccine.Results1.Female college students' HPV vaccine knowledge attitude practice scores are(80.41±8.55),and the scoring rate is 61.77%.The knowledge dimension scores of HPV vaccine are(47.67 5.83),and the scoring rate is 55.29%.The attitude dimension scores of HPV vaccine are(18.18 2.62),and the scoring rate is 72.72%.The practice dimension scores of HPV vaccine are(14.57 2.56),and the scoring rate is 72.85%.2.Univariate analysis results show that there are statistically significant differences in HPV vaccine knowledge dimension scores among female college students with different majors,family location,grade,father's and mother's education backgrounds,age(p<0.05);Female college students with different majors,family location,grade and age of first sexual life have statistically significant differences in the attitude dimension of HPV vaccine(p<0.05).Female college students with different age,majors,family location,grade,average grades,age of first sexual life,education background of father,education background of mother,age of first sexual life,and number of sexual partner show statistically significant differences in the practice dimension of HPV vaccine(p < 0.05).3.The knowledge,attitude and practice of HPV vaccine KAP among female college students are positively correlated with each other.4.The results of multiple stepwise linear regression analysis show that there are t hree variables enter the HPV vaccine knowledge dimension regression equation: grad e,mother's education background and age;One variable enters the HPV vaccine attitu de dimension regression equation: family location;Three variables enter the HPV vacc ine practice dimension regression equation: majors,family location,age.5.The results of qualitative research show that: the theme of female college stud ents' HPV vaccine knowledge acquisition experience is:(1)the source of acquired kn owledge(push by weibo and WeChat,relatives suffering from cervical cancer,teache rs' class popularization);(2)the initiative of knowledge concern(active and passive);(3)the attitude of knowledge publicity(most people think it is necessary to increase the publicity,while a few people think it is not necessary).Conclusions1.Female college students' HPV vaccine KAP are at the medium lower level,fe male college students' HPV vaccine knowledge dimension is at the lower level,and th eir attitude and practice dimensions are at the middle level.2.Grade,mother's education background,age are the main influencing factors of HPV vaccine knowledge;Family location is the main influence factor of HPV vaccine attitude;Age,major and family location are the main influencing factors of HPV vac cine practice.3.Overall interview experience finds: weibo,WeChat,relatives,friends,teachers,e t al are important sources for female college students to acquire knowledge related to HPV vaccine.Female college students have active and passive concerns about HPV v accine knowledge;Most female college students believe that the government and scho ols should increase the propaganda of HPV vaccine..
