This paper mainly studies the problem of trade union improving employee satisfaction.With the increasing attention paid by the state to the development of medical care,the people's professional level and service requirements for hospital and hospital staff have been constantly improved,which makes medical workers feel great industry pressure,coupled with frequent doctor-patient contradictions caused by injury medical incidents increased the loss of medical personnel.In this context,as the "spokesman" of employees in hospitals,trade unions must strive to enhance their satisfaction and sense of belonging,strengthen internal construction,embody democracy,and safeguard the fundamental interests of employees in order to make employees work at ease.To assist the hospital to complete the policy implementation,reform and innovation,service to the masses.For employees,the trade union represents the fundamental interests of the vast number of employees,is a grass-roots organization that reflects the will of the staff,serves the work of the staff,and solves the difficulties in the life of the staff,and is the "mother family" in the mind of the staff.The influence of trade union work on improving employee satisfaction is mainly reflected in safeguarding employee rights and interests and whether it can truly reflect the will of employees and solve practical problems.Under this background,the trade union must enhance the employee's satisfaction and sense of belonging to the hospital,safeguard the employee's fundamental interests,in order to let the employee work at ease,assist the hospital to complete the policy implementation,reform and innovation work with high quality and efficiency,and improve its own development ability.And through the employee's satisfaction to the hospital work situation thus can obtain the hospital management situation present situation and the existence question,is worth the thorough research.This research mainly uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and so on method,takes Taian central hospital as an example,according to the hospital satisfaction investigation research result,unifies the hospital union present work mechanism to obtain the union work to the employee satisfaction main influence factor;puts forward the scientific feasible union work improvement suggestion;enhances the employee satisfaction.Through research and analysis,for employees,trade unions represent the fundamental interests of the vast number of employees,and are grass-roots organizations that reflect the will of employees,serve their work,and solve the difficulties in their life.The influence of trade union work on improving employee satisfaction is mainly reflected in safeguarding employee's rights and interests it can truly reflect the will of employees and solve practical problems.The problems in trade union work mainly show that there are deviations in the opinions of the in-service congress proposal is not implemented in place,and the lower rate of implementation of the suggestions and suggestions will lead to a greatly reduced enthusiasm of employees to participate in democratic activities.Communication with the staff is not smooth work ideas,many work only on the surface can not be carried out in depth.Staff interests and safety are not guaranteed,resulting in employee dissatisfaction.The lack of trade union maintenance leads to low employee participation,insufficient independent and perfect trade union organization,and the lag of service mode can not keep pace with the times.Hospital trade unions can further promote and improve the open system of hospital affairs by arousing the enthusiasm of staff participation and establishing and perfecting the management system.Open a variety of channels to listen to the voice of employees,make good use of the advantages of new media network,extend the appeal of employees to express information channels.Establish a reasonable and fair staff incentive and reward mechanism,improve the promotion evaluation mechanism,establish a good staff evaluation system,according to the normal performance and completion of the staff,effective evaluation.Establish a sound assessment system,reasonably standardize the assessment cycle,improve the staff's business level while improving the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the staff.Improve the working methods of trade unions,expand service channels,form new working ideas,and further improve the efficiency and quality of trade union work.Innovative working methods to strengthen the quality of workers,understand the needs of employees to improve the level of trade union service,pay attention to the actual needs of employees,innovate the mode of trade union work,and finally achieve the improvement of the overall service quality of the hospital.This paper is of great value in the study of trade union's promotion of employee satisfaction.
