This study selected a public hospital in Beijing as the research object, aimed at the status of the hospital staff satisfaction to reseach and analysize, and explore differences of the hospital employee satisfaction on the aspect of the different personal background factors.Relevant suggestions are put forward based on the results.This study adopted questionnaire survey method, on the basis of theoretical research, to construct a satisfaction scale for using on the hospital staff by the interview and pre investigation, the satisfaction scale includes six projects of job itself,communication and support, training and development, management and improvement, salary and welfare, performance management,a total of six dimensions and 40 specific indicators. The survey sample was selected by stratified random sampling, the scale answer with Likert type five point scoring method, the survey results by the application of the software SPSS 20.0 analysis, to do descriptive analysis in percentage, mean value, standard difference, and anlysize the differences in the degree of satisfaction in t-test, one-way ANONA analysis under different background of the individual.The research results show that: 1. the general satisfaction level of the employees in the hospital is above average. 2 employees have the highest satisfaction with communication and support, the lowest satisfaction with salary and welfare. 3.employee satisfaction exists differences between groups, the overall satisfaction of employees with different age, education, job title, job categories and position has significant differences, the overall satisfaction differences of employees of different gender have no statistical significance. 4. the satisfaction of employees in different groups exists several differences in all dimensions.According to the research results, the relevant suggestions are put forward aimed at how to improve employee satisfaction.
