The synergy of path of health care reform in China in the past decade is gradually the professional values of medical profession.The "self-liberation" of these ideological trailblazers will bring revolutionary changes to the whole medical field.The reason why today's medical staff make unremitting efforts and are willing to spend a lot of energy to improve their strength,to a large extent,it is due to the ever-changing external market environment,the intensification of conflicts between doctors and patients,income mismatch,dissatisfaction of the practice environment,personal health is not optimistic and other reasons bring new human resources management problems and challenges to the management.Based on the above research background,this paper takes S Hospital as the main research object,on the basis of carefully reviewing employees' job satisfaction and its related factors and concepts,and reading relevant academic literature and works.Firstly,this paper shares the current situation of S hospital and the distribution of human resources,and then combs and studies the current situation of hospital staff's job satisfaction through questionnaires and interviews.The results show that the job satisfaction of medical staff in S hospital is generally satisfactory,but there are still some problems and deficiencies.The main influencing factors of medical staff satisfaction in S hospital are: low salary level satisfaction,limited promotion opportunities,poor working environment,heavy workload and pressure,person-post mismatch and public opinion.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the satisfaction of medical staff in S hospital,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures from the aspects of scientific allocation of incentive distribution system,construction of a platform for employees to display their talents,all-round staff security and care,prevention of job burnout and pressure,establishment of talent management mechanism and so on.Through my research,in order to solve the problem of medical staff satisfaction in S hospital,so as to effectively improve the stability of medical staff in S hospital,but also provide decision-making reference for the same type of hospital staff management.
