Public hospitals are the main body of the reform of the medical and health system,medical personnel are the main force of the reform of the medical and health system,whether it is the long-term goal of "improving the health level of the whole people," or the short-term goal of "making the common people can afford to see a doctor," A good look at the disease',can not be separated from the active participation of the vast number of medical staff.The satisfaction degree of medical staff directly affects the quality of medical treatment,the attitude of service,and the satisfaction of patients and their families.Medical staff and patients are not satisfied,medical reform has not been successful.This study takes healthy hospital as an example and applies it to cross-sectional survey.According to the data in this study,we use SPSS19.0 statistical software is analyzed.The measurement data were expressed by(table s),the data were verified by(t),and the job satisfaction degree of medical staff was analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,multi-factor statistical analysis and so on.By means of cross-sectional investigation,six dimensions of medical staff in hospital management,working environment,job identification,interpersonal relationship,salary and welfare,promotion and training were investigated and analyzed.The results showed that medical staff were mainly not satisfied with their salary and benefits,job recognition,promotion and training.Among them,their income level was low,their academic qualifications were low,and the age stages were 30 to 40 years and 41 to 50 years old.The satisfaction degree of non-on-board medical staff is low.Combining with the related theories,this study discusses how to improve the satisfaction of medical staff under the background of medical reform,and provides a reference for further solving the deep-seated contradictions of system and mechanism in the process of medical reform.
