Public hospitals in China's health care system occupies the dominant position,has obvious advantages in resources.In terms of the salary and benefits of the personnel,refer to the standard of the institution.Employee benefits are an important part of the pay system and have an incentive for employee performance and organizational performance.Therefore,employee benefit satisfaction as an important part of employee satisfaction,the staff themselves and organizations have a significant impact.Ezhou,a pilot city of salary system reform in public hospitals in Hubei province,want to make new changes in promoting the benefits of employees.At present,Ezhou City employee benefits reference to the implementation of welfare standards,with the Ezhou public hospital system reform in depth,and "to remove the preparation" new wave,this benefit system has been unable to meet the needs of employees,is not conducive to the development of the hospital.From the employee welfare satisfaction,we can quantitatively examine the present situation of public welfare in Ezhou public hospital,analyze its characteristics and defects,and establish a sound welfare system based on employee's benefit satisfaction,which is also urgent to be solved in Ezhou public hospital salary system reform.Firstly,this study introduces the research background,the significance of the research,the literature review,the research content and the research methods,and points out the innovation and the shortcomings of this research.Secondly,the related concepts of employee benefit satisfaction are expounded,mainly the relationship between employee benefit,benefit satisfaction,employee benefit and social benefit.At the same time,the paper introduces the theoretical model of difference,the two-factor theory,the fair theory and the expectation theory,and Maslow's theory of hierarchy.Thirdly,after elaborating the basic knowledge of this study,according to the specific situation of Ezhou City,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of this paper and constructs the benefit satisfaction research model.On this basis,this study designed Ezhou City Public Hospital staff welfare satisfaction questionnaire.With the assistance of the Ezhou City Public Hospital Management Center,a total of 211 questionnaires were issued and 207 valid questionnaires were collected.Fourthly,according to the questionnaire data,the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were analyzed,and the factor analysis was carried out to determine the scientific nature of the questionnaire.On this basis,the data of the questionnaire were analyzed by descriptive analysis to arrive at the satisfaction of the overall situation of the questionnaire the employees of Ezhou Public Hospital,the questionnaire based on demographic variables of the one-way analysis of variance to understand the Ezhou City Public Hospital staff welfare satisfaction factors.Based on the above research,the average value of employee satisfaction in Ezhou Public Hospital is between 2.8 and 3.2,which is between satisfactory and unsatisfactory,and the score gap between welfare dimensions is small.The assumptions about welfare satisfaction are also partially verified.Therefore,Ezhou City Public Hospital in the management of employee benefits,can be multi-force.One is to strengthen the communication with the welfare of employees,the second is to change the welfare model,the third is the rich welfare projects,four is to make the public hospital welfare management standardization,from the management process and management procedures are to determine the relevant rules and regulations,The welfare of the staff management to promote the sustainable development of public hospitals themselves.
