Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era instructs us to insist on “people-centered”,and the “people” are both patients and hospital employees.The target of the Healthy China strategy is the patient,relying on the vast number of medical staff to improve the people's medical experience and make the people's medical treatment more convenient and satisfied.At the same time,the professional satisfaction of employees is particularly important.Only by improving the quality and efficiency of services from the inside out,can the technology be warmer,the service be more attentive,and the patient's medical experience be improved.This study intends to investigate the double satisfaction of patients and employees of a hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in City C,summarize the experience and shortcomings in recent years,analyze the reasons behind,and finally provide references and propose countermeasures to improve the management level of the public hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.This paper is different from most similar satisfaction studies(only from the view of patient satisfaction or employee satisfaction),examines both patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction and strives to more comprehensively describe the development trend,summarize the development experience,find out the development questions thus further put forward the improvement scheme with practical value.This paper mainly uses four methods including literature search,questionnaire survey,personnel interview,and data statistics and analysis to compare the patients' satisfaction in 2016-2018,and the differences between the patients' satisfaction in our hospital in 2019 and the level of the whole country as well as the whole city,and makes descriptive analysis.SPSS23.0 was used to describe the employees' satisfaction in the seven dimensions including salary and welfare,development and promotion,work content and environment,colleague relationship,superior and subordinate relationship,overall feeling and retention intention.Population difference analysis and linear regression analysis were carried out on the basis of that.Double satisfaction is at a relatively high level.A series of measures taken by the hospital(including integrating patient satisfaction into employee performance appraisal,continuously improving patients' medical experience,continuously meeting patients' medical needs,creating volunteer service brand,giving full play to the vanguard leading role of Party members,adhering to “life first”,improving employees' quality,leading employees' career planning,sincerely caring for employees,actively implementing the “Two Permits”,promoting democratically participating in decision-making,and publicity of department affairs)are effective.Information construction,logistics service quality,food service system,staff humanistic construction,management system construction,salary system reform and development planning need to be further strengthened.
