With the development of Chinese economy, people’s living standards are improving gradually. Also, people’s demand for health care is increasing with the aging of society. Therefore, hospitals’ needs for medical personnel are rising. With the deepening reform of medical system, medical personnel system reform has become the trend of The Times. After years of exploration and practice, State-owned hospitals are mostly to the new mode of combined contract system with personnel management.Contract staffs become an indispensable part to the hospital development. But so far the Health Ministry has not ever formulated any rules or regulations about the management of contract staff. What hospitals are implementing is the internal regulations formulated by the hospitals respectively. Most of these regulations are about how to maintain the interests of the official staff instead of the contract employees. Different from official staff, contract employees can’t enjoy the same treatment in salary, promotion or training, which is easy to lead to the contract employees’ low job satisfaction, little motivation, and strong posonnel mobility. It’s bad for hospitals’ long-run development.Taking C hospital as the survey respondent, this paper is aimed to study the contract staff satisfaction by questionnarie investigation research. SPSS 20.0 is used to do the data processing and statistical analysis. Firstly, we create Excel database according to the result of investigation and use double entry method to enter the data. Then we process the data by logical error correction, data exploration, and queuing singular. Finally, we use SPSS 20.0 to do descriptive and analytical analysis. According to the survey result, we also provide some suggestion to the hospital’s management of contract staff. We hope that the conclusion of this study can provide a theoretical support for the improving of contract staff satisfaction.
