| In recent years,with the people’s demand for higher level medical security and the highlight of recent medical events,modern medical and health care is an urgent and in-depth topic that we must explore.The key to the development of medical and health services lies in the medical staff,who are the main body to provide consultation and diagnosis and treatment directly to patients.In the process of diagnosis and treatment,the job satisfaction of medical staff is of great significance to the life safety and health service quality of patients.Relevant research shows that the job satisfaction of medical staff affects patient satisfaction,and the job satisfaction of medical staff also affects the stability of hospital team.This paper takes Xinzhou a public hospital as the research object,collects the real data which can reflect the employee’s satisfaction,analyzes the survey data and related situation comprehensively and deeply,and hopes to achieve the following goals: first,to understand the overall job satisfaction status of the staff in Xinzhou a medical service organization,we can Select the lowest and the highest dimensions of satisfaction;secondly,find out the i-dimensional variable with the strongest correlation with the overall satisfaction of medical staff,and then find out the ii-dimensional variable with the strongest correlation with the overall satisfaction,and analyze its influencing factors;thirdly,put forward reasonable suggestions according to the research results and the current situation of Xinzhou a public hospital.Through this study,we can deeply understand the satisfaction status of Xinzhou a public hospital after the formation of regional medical consortium,and put forward improvement measures for the hospital in the future medical management process,to improve employee job satisfaction,improve employee work efficiency,reduce employee turnover intention,improve doctor-patient relationship,reduce doctor-patient disputes and medical accidents;at the same time,we can also work with Xinzhou a public hospital Public hospitals have the same background of medical institutions to provide reference and reference.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The overall satisfaction of employees in Xinzhou a public hospital is not high,and the satisfaction of employees’ job return and social practice environment is the lowest.2 under the condition of demographic variables,there are significant differences in the dimensions of social practice environment satisfaction,turnover intention,job return satisfaction and perceived social responsibility,among which the most frequent differences are social practice environment satisfaction and turnover intention.3.The starting point for the improvement of job satisfaction is to increase the income of non staff employed;the direction for the improvement of social practice environment satisfaction is to improve the objective authenticity of media reports and the satisfaction of doctor-patient relationship.The direction of improving the satisfaction of internal working environment is to improve the scientificalness of department personnel allocation,the convenience of consulting department professional information resources,and the direction of improving the satisfaction of organization and management is to improve the promotion mechanism of hospital personnel. |
