1 Objective On the basis of previous studies,this paper further observed the therapeutic effect of Xin Fu Kang on patients with sick sinus node syndrome(heart and kidney yang deficiency type),opening up new methods for therapeutic SSS.2 Methods According to the inclusion criteria,52 patients with heart and kidney yang deficiency type sick sinus node syndrome were selected,which were randomly divided into heart rehabilitation combined with conventional western medicine treatment study group and Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with conventional western medicine treatment control group,26 cases in each group.four weeks after treatment,the results of total Holter effect,total score of TCM syndrome,total curative effect of TCM syndrome,24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram long RR interval number,average heart rate,slowest heart rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.At the same time,the changes of safety indexes such as liver and kidney function were monitored.spss26.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.3 Results(1)The curative effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the study group was 92.31% in the two groups;the total effective rate of the control group was 69.23%;and the heart rehabilitation study group was more effective in improving TCM syndrome(P<0.05).(2)Total efficacy of Holter: the total effective rate of the study group in the two groups was 88.46%;the total effective rate of the control group was 65.38%;and the heart rehabilitation study group was better(P<0.05).(3)Total score of TCM syndromes: the study group and the control group were compared before and after treatment,and the data showed that both the study group and the treatment group had a good effect(P<0.01).After treatment,statistical analysis was carried out between the two groups,and the data showed that the study group was more effective(P<0.01).(4)24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram(ECG)comparison of mean heart rate and slowest heart rate: both groups were compared before and after treatment,and both groups were treated with increased mean heart rate and slowest heart rate(P<0.01).After treatment,the statistical analysis of the two groups showed that the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in the improvement of the 24-hour average heart rate,and the study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01)in the improvement of the 24 hour slowest heart rate.(5)Number of long RR intervals of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiograms: the number of long RR intervals was compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the number of long RR intervals was reduced(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups after treatment showed that the study group was better than the control group in reducing the number of long RR intervals(P<0.05).(6)Safety indicators: the liver and kidney function indexes were not abnormal before and after treatment in the two groups,and the stool routine,occult blood test and urine routine were in the normal range,and there was no statistical difference between the above indexes before and after treatment(P>0.05).No adverse reactions occurred before and after the two groups.4 Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation is superior to Shensong Yangxin capsule in improving clinical symptoms,reducing the number of long R-R interval and increasing heart rate inpatients with sick sinus node syndrome(heart and kidney yang deficiency type).In addition,there was no adverse reaction before and after treatment,and there was no abnormal safety index such as liver and kidney function,which reflected that the heart rehabilitation treatment of sinus patients is safe and effective,and has a good application prospect.
