Clinical Study Of Bao Ling Decoction In The Treatment Of Sick Sinus Syndrome(Yang Deifciency Of Heart And Kidney)

Purpose: To observe the effect of Bao Ling Decoction in the treatment of sick sinussyndrome (heart kidney deficiency of Yang) the clinical efficacy and safety.Method: selected traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine into the heart ofkidney-yang deficiency disease sinus standard72patients with syndrome patients, dividedinto experimental group and control group randomly, each group of36cases. Theexperimental group was given Baoling decoction, decocted in water for300ml, two timesdaily morning and evening sercice; the control group was given Xinbao pill,5pills each time,3times a day. The two groups were treated for4weeks. Observe the general state, symptomsand signs, ECG and24hour dynamic electrocardiogram changes in patients before and aftertreatment.Result: Through clinical observation and statistics analysis, heart rate increases in boththe experimental group and control group after treatment, but the experimental group than thecontrol group (P <0.05)；Through clinical observation and statistics analysis, heart rateincreases in both the experimental group and control group after treatment, but theexperimental group than the control group (P <0.05)；Traditional Chinese medicine all thesymptoms were mitigated, except heart palpitations, chest pain, efficacy of the test group thanin control group (P <0.05)；In the course of the experiment, all the two groups of the generalcondition of patients, liver, renal function before and after the test showed no significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusion: Bao Ling Decoction starting from invigorating heart and kidney,Wenyangtongmai treatment of sick sinus syndrome (heart kidney deficiency of Yang) theclinical curative is effect, safety, and it is a reliable method of treatment.
